水土保持生态建设工程设计阶段造价控制【摘要:工程造价是水土保持生态建设项目的重要控制指标，设计阶段对控制工程造价的意义重大。本文总结了水土保持生态建设工程施工阶段的主要设计变更内容，分析了设计阶段工程造价存在的主要问题及应采取的措施。设计阶段工程造价需要项目参与各方的主动参与，应推行设计招标，采取合理的激励措施，加强设计单位造价控制的主动性，提高建设项目的投资效益。

abstract: the project cost is project of soil and water conservation and ecological construction the important control parameters, the design phase of project cost control is of great significance. this paper summarizes the ecological construction of soil and water conservation project construction phase of the main design change contents of engineering cost in the design stage, analyzes the main existing problems and measures to be taken.
