10HP-4超高效感应电机电磁设计与分析

摘要

中国是世界上第二大能耗国,提高能源效率一直被视为中国进一步发展的战略重点问题。在所有的高耗能产品中,电动机的用电量几乎占到全国用电量的一半。目前中国的中小型交流电机的平均效率比美国的最低效率要低3—5%,如此计算,中国每年的节电潜能约为15000兆瓦。顾名思义,高效电机就是那种完成同样工作却比普通电机消耗更少的电机。因此,提高电机效率,使用高效电机替代正在使用的普通电机,成为节省能源消耗,降低运行成本的重要手段。

能源短缺和环保问题已经越来越引起世界各国的关注,因此高效、环保产品将成为各领域的发展趋势。作为一名电机及相关专业的设计人员,应把高效、环保电机作为已任,文章介绍了设计研制10HP-4 NEMA超高效电机的情况。首先介绍了高效电机的定义和发展趋势,着重介绍了NEMA高效电机的应用及其特点,一些参数的选择及技术要求,然后确定电机的主要尺寸,进行手算设计,通过对NEMA高效电机的电磁机计算,可以清楚的知道各个数据或参数对电动机性能和指标有什么影响,通过计算机辅助与手算进行对比,找出提高电机效率的方法,分析该辅助设计的可行性。用MATLAB画出特性曲线。

Abstract

China is the world's second largest energy country to improve energy efficiency in China has been regarded as the further development of the strategic focus of the problem. In all high energy-consuming products, motor electricity consumption accounting for almost half of the country. At present, China's small and medium-sized AC motor average efficiency than the United States to lower the minimum efficiency of 3-5%, so the calculation, China's annual energy-saving potential of about 15,000 megawatts. As the name suggests, is the kind of high-performance motor to complete the same work less than the ordinary consumption of the electric motor. Therefore, improving the electrical efficiency, the use of high-performance motor is being used to replace ordinary electrical and become energy-saving consumption, lower operating costs, an important tool.

The shortage of energy and destroy of the environment have absorbed more and more attention of every country all over the world.High efficiency and environmental protection will be the development direction of products in every field.As a professional motor designer,designing and development energy saving and environment proof EM is our duty.The 350HP NEMA design high efficiency motor is introduced in this paper.First introduced the definition of high-performance motor and trends focused on the application of NEMA high efficiency motor and its characteristics, the choice of parameters and technical requirements, and then identify the main motor size, the design of hand-count, high-performance motor through the electromagnetic NEMA computing, it is clear to know all of the data or parameters on motor
