摘要

新闻报道的特点是具有真实性，趣味性，时效性。因为新闻报道讲究时效性与真实性，所以对于现场新闻报道主持人的应变能力的要求是非常高的，同时现场新闻报道给人们以视觉的冲击感去凸显新闻本身的价值，这对现场新闻报道主持人的应变能力是一项非常严峻的考验。但就目前的情况来看，现场新闻报道的主持人的培养更偏重于实践的锻炼，而不是偏重专业知识的研究。现在广播电视的许多节目都是现场化直播化的趋势，因此主持人必须准备处理随时可能出现的意外。面对尴尬的场面和意外的情况，主持人要处乱不惊，及时想出巧妙的方法圆场。如果不能妥善地处理这些意外，势必会造成节目的失败。因此，临场应变能力是现代作为一名合格主持人必具的素质之一。本论文就主持人必须具有敏捷、机智的应变能力的重要性，主持人应变能力的主要表现，以及如何练就敏捷、机智的应变能力提出一些浅见。从新闻报道的特征可以看出主持人的应变能力对新闻报道的成败起着非常重要的作用，因此，主持人的职业水平不仅仅体现有专业的知识背景还应具备较好的应变能力。

Abstract

The characteristics of the news report is of authenticity, interest, timeliness.Because news reports timeliness and authenticity, so to the requirement of news reports on the host's strain capacity is very high, at the same time the news to the people to the impact of the visual sense to highlight the value of the news itself, this news host strain capacity of the scene is a very serious test.But as things stand, news reports on the cultivation of the host more focus on the practice of exercise, rather than lay particular stress on professional knowledge study.Many radio and TV shows are now live scene change, the trend of so the host must be prepared to deal with the accident might happen.In the face of embarrassing scene and the accident, in time to come up with ingenious ways to rehabilitate.If you can't properly deal with the accident, is bound to cause the failure of the program.In-game adjustments ability, therefore, is the modern as a qualified host will be one of the quality.This thesis is the host must have the importance of agility, witty strain capacity, the main performance of the host strain capacity, and how to practice agile, witty adaptability proposes some humble opinions.Can be seen from the news reports the characteristics of the host of the strain capacity of news report plays a very important role in the success or failure, therefore, the host of the professional level just have professional knowledge background also should have good strain capacity.
