With offices all around the world they are now looking for dynamic candidate to fill the role of Sales Director to cope with their aggressive expansion plans inChina.

（工作职责）

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director of Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for leading the China sales operation and will play a key role in rolling out the brand’s accelerated growth strategy in the region. You will develop and deliver the sales strategy and translate it into annual sales plans including budgets and ensure implementation of the plans and budgets. You will identify and develop new market opportunities, contribute to the development of sales processes, tools and capabilities based on best practices in order to run an efficient and effective Sales Department. Besides, you will work closely with the Content team to exchange market intelligence and maximize mutually beneficial content collaboration.

You should have solid experience in delivering sales strategies that demonstra te business acumen and alignment with the company’s strategic plan, and managing complexity in a high growth environment.

To fit into this challenging role, you will need to have previous experience working in Mainland China and experience of starting up a business in China would be an

advantage. Experience in an online environment is preferred, as is a background in fashion/retail. You MUST be fluent in English and Mandarin. (Candidates who do

１）标题新颖（Novel Headings)

２）多用省略句（Employing Many Elliptic Sentences)

为了在有限的空间、时间、地点费用传播足够的信息以达到最佳广告效果，英文招聘广告大量使用省略句。例如：

Hard work and honesty a must.工作勤奋和为人诚实是必备条件。（主语之后省略了is） Read and Write English. 会读和写英语（省略了情态动词can）
