贵州省开阳县特色民宿旅游发展研究

——以水东乡舍为例

摘要

近几年我国的旅游业正在蒸蒸日上，也迎来的新的高峰。在这个持续增长的过程中，大多数游客不再满足于传统单一的观光旅游，他们更加倾向于能够使身心都得到放松和能亲近大自然的旅程。此时的民宿旅游也恰好得到了发展机遇，它能够满足大多数游客的多元化需求。我国的民宿旅游从有且仅有一些概念到现在的蓬勃发展，使得更多人能够了解接触和体验这个乡村旅游的重要部分。表面上的民宿旅游如日中天，实际上存在的问题层出不穷。如何能够稳定又健康发展，推动乡村旅游经济。还需要结合政策加上政府的大力扶持和相应引导，经营者全心全意的配合。而本文通过借鉴国内外的民宿旅游发展经验以及如何开展特色民宿旅游，采取文献资料分析法、实地调研方式，对贵州省开阳县的民宿旅游发展现状来进行分析，对开阳县的民宿旅游所出现的问题及如何发展特色化民宿旅游提出一些建议，更深层次的发掘开阳县的特色，以图能在一定程度上实现开阳县的民宿旅游可持续发展。而本文通过借鉴国内外的民宿旅游发展经验以及如何开展特色民宿旅游，对贵州省开阳县的民宿旅游发展现状来进行分析，对开阳县的民宿旅游所出现的问题，比如说品质单一、缺乏特色等问题进行分析，就如何发展特色化民宿旅游提出一些建议，更深层次的发掘开阳县的特色，以图能在一定程度上实现开阳县的民宿旅游可持续发展。

Study on the Development of Characteristic Residence Tourism in Kaiyang

County, Guizhou Province

Abstract

In recent years, China's tourism industry is booming, but also ushered in a new peak. In the process of continuous growth, most tourists are no longer satisfied with the traditional single sightseeing, they are more inclined to be able to relax physically and mentally and to be close to nature. At this time, the residential tourism has just got the development opportunity, it can meet the diversified needs of most tourists. Our country's residential tourism has developed vigorously from some concepts to the present, which enables more people to understand and experience this important part of rural tourism. On the surface, residential tourism is in full swing, but in fact, there are endless problems. How to develop stably and healthily and promote rural tourism economy? We also need to combine policy with the government's vigorous support and corresponding guidance, operators wholeheartedly cooperate. By drawing lessons from the development experience of domestic and foreign residential tourism and how to develop characteristic residential tourism, this paper adopts the method of literature analysis and field investigation to analyze the current situation of residential tourism development in Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province, and puts forward some suggestions on the problems of residential tourism in Kaiyang County and how to develop characteristic residential tourism, so as to further explore the characteristics of residential tourism in Kaiyang County. Characteristics, in order to achieve a certain degree of sustainable development of residential tourism in Kaiyang County. By drawing lessons from the development experience of domestic and foreign residential tourism and how to develop characteristic residential tourism, this paper analyses the present situation of residential tourism development in Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province, analyses the problems of residential tourism in Kaiyang County, such as single quality and lack of characteristics, and puts forward some suggestions on how to develop characteristic residential tourism, and further excavates them. The characteristics of Kaiyang County, in order to achieve a certain degree of sustainable development of residential tourism in Kaiyang County.
