建筑工地农民工工作现状分析

——以“华龙一号”核电项目为例

摘要

中国有数十万的农民工，而其中绝大部分又属于建筑行业的农民工，他们的辛勤工作使得城市繁荣、农村焕颜。目前我们需要去关注这些建筑行业农民工的实际生存条件和工作情况，为其提供更加有序的外部社会环境，使得农民工这一职业能够朝着更加健康的方向发展。本文运用了问卷调查法以及实证分析的方法，进一步分析了建筑工地农民工的工作现状，发现建筑工地农民工在工作现状存在着一系列的问题，在生活状况方面，存在着居住环境十分恶劣、休息时间少、娱乐方式单一且枯燥等问题；而在工作状况方面存在工资低、工作时间长以及安全设备差等问题，针对相应的问题给出了具体的建议措施，例如：提高农民工的工资收入，降低其工作时间，改善居住环境，积极营造娱乐环境等等，来改善建筑工地农民工的工作现状。

Abstract

China has hundreds of thousands of migrant workers, the vast majority of them in the construction industry, whose hard work has made cities and villages flourish. At present, we need to pay attention to the actual living conditions and working conditions of these migrant workers in the construction industry, so as to provide them with a more orderly external social environment and enable them to develop their career in a healthier direction. This paper USES the method of questionnaire investigation and empirical analysis, further analysis of the current situation of construction sites for migrant workers work, found that the construction sites for migrant workers in the work situation there exists a series of problems, in terms of living conditions, there is a living environment is very bad, less rest time, single entertainment and boring and so on; In respect of working condition the low wages, long working hours and poor safety equipment, concrete Suggestions are given for the corresponding problems, such as improving migrant workers wages, reduce the work time, improve the living environment, actively create favorable conditions for entertainment and so on, to improve the construction site of the current work of the migrant workers.
