Two working principle
Utilizing the energy produced by c high-speed vibration imposed on the tube and act on plastic tube in order heat the plastic tube rapidly and welding,under pneumatic mechanical pressure, forming the sealing the sealing patterns of to head mould foot mould while removal of excess material to reach good effect at last.

Preparations before power on
Before start working ensure that tubes put on the working platform,in order to avoid mold damage and damage ultrasonic power
Before start working make sure that touch the red button(pause button)to avoid machine damage
Before start working make sure that pneumatic option is in the “0”position which refers to turn off,if you touch position means open cylinder turn on ,which can cause misoperation
of the pneumatic and supersonic.
The red button is pause button,the green button is“on”button Supersonic time delay and relay time delay settings are mainly related to the tube material,the thickness of the mater and the sealing area,it will need more time if the materials thickness is thicker and the sealing area is bigger
Sonic-time
Ultrasound delay time(sonic-time):the time from turning on ultrasound switch to ultrasound sending finish.
Notice:the material is very thick,the one whose area is large needs longer ultrasound time
Before-time
Delay time before cutting(before-time):the first cooling time under the pneumatic pressure.
Last-time
Delay time after cutting(last-time):the second cooling time after cutting the side remainder or tube.
Output selection
Output electricity adjustment divide in first,second,third gears Notice:prolong machine`s life span:try best to avoid working on2or3 shift for a long time.
When the product is delivered,frequency adjust has been placed the best position,so you do not have to adjust otherwise,it may cause supersonic
electricity damage.
