Abstract
The topic of this design is numerical space angle syphon machine ,the main assignment is to improve the performance based on the common plane bending machine, then we can improve the work efficiency of the equipment and reduce the work intension of the worker. The new syphon machine mainly include primary drive machine, bending machine, compressing machine, pipe rough feeding machine, pipe rough rotating machine, lathe bed and so on. Compared with the old one, the improvement of the new one include three parts, the first one is that the new one has feeding and rotating machine, making the rough feed according to the given program and complete the rotation of space angle automately; the second one is that we improve the hydraulic system of the old one, introducing adjusting pressure loop, adjusting speed loop, lock loop, realizing the third class adjudtment of the pressure and improving the machining precision and making the machine owe high lock precision; the third one is that the whole machine can be controlled by PLC, realizing the high precision of the pipe bending and the work efficiency. Further more the controlling programe has the funcition of examining itself and clipping button. when the machine does not work, the system will stop the machine quickly, accordingly making sure that the operator and the epuipment is safe.

本次设计的课题是数控蛇形管弯管机。设计的主要任务是设计蛇形管弯管机,在原 有弯管机原理基础上, 改进结构, 优化设计, 简化操作。 从而达到提高设备的工作效率, 降低工作人员的工作强度的目的。 新型弯管机主要有主传动机构、 弯管机构、 压料机构、 管坯进给机构、中频加热机构、床身等组成。与原有弯管机相比,新型弯管机的改进部 分为:一是新增了管坯进给和中频加热两大机构,实现了管坯按照指定程序自动进给, 自动加热; 二是改进了原有弯管机的液压系统, 采用了调压回路、 调速回路和锁紧回路, 实现了液压系统的三级调压, 提高了弯管机的弯曲加工精度, 保证了弯管机的锁紧精度; 三是新型弯管机的整个弯管过程通过可编程控制器(简称 PLC)控制完成,保证了管坯 的弯曲精度和弯管机的工作效率。另外,控制系统的程序带有急停按钮。在加工过程中 一旦出现故障时,系统会立刻使设备停止工作,从而确保操作人员和设备的安全。
