一、概述Summary

石化或电力等行业的工艺凝结水中含油含铁是一个普遍存在的问题，随着我国的经济发展,节能节水降耗越来越受到重视。

Condensate water with oil&iron in petrochemical and Power field is a normal case, and it becomes more important for most enterprises to save water and energy with the developing of economics.

GRAVER公司作为全球过滤分离技术的领导者，其产品已在全球数百套液液分离系统中成功应用，并积累了丰富的油水分离的设计及运行管理经验。针对本项目，我们作如下说明：

Graver is a leader of advanced filtration technology ,its products have great success in liquid/liquid separation system all over the word, accumulate much experience of oil/water separation design and operation. For this case we explain our idea as follows:

在所有油水分离项目中，采用分离过滤一体化的多功能吸附剂除油除铁过滤技术，由于其技术成熟、控制方便，项目风险较小。

In all oil/water separation project, we introduce high-perform and multifunctional technology to remove oil&iron from water, this technology has advantage of successful process, easy control and low risk as well.

二、PCPE装置介绍Facility introduction

PCPE装置采用覆盖过滤器的形式，就是将GRAVER公司的Ecosorb粉末[其组成为粉末状除油除铁专用吸附剂等滤料]覆盖在一种特制的纤维缠绕—折叠的滤芯上[GRAVER 公司的Dual Guard滤芯]，使它形成一个滤层，作为滤膜，水由管外通过滤膜和滤元上的孔进入管内，在过滤的同时也和滤料进行除油和离子交换，所以，该系统具有除油、过滤和除盐的三重性能。因此，通过专用吸附剂覆盖过滤系统后，可获得高品质的水质，进而满足后续工艺要求。

PCPE facility introduce Graver’s Ecosorb powder resin(a kind of powder adsorbent to adsorb oil&iron from water) laying over a special kind of sieve made from polymer fiber ,voluble and foldaway, which perform as a lay of filtration film, raw water go through from outside filtration film and into tube, oil removal and iron exchange with resin will also be done at the same time, so this facility contribute three performance, oil removal/filtration/desalt. Hence water treated from this system can meet the process requirement.
