摘要

托盘库是石蜡包装线里重要的组成部分，它是通过气缸带动插板，完成托盘的出库。本说明书主要介绍了托盘库的设计思路、过程及最终方案的定夺。从可行性、节能性、规范性及经济性能等多面考虑。从受力及个零部件配合情况考虑出最佳设计结果。

本托盘库具备了精确，节能，安全，可靠等诸多性能，在生产和功能实际中都有很好的使用价值。在设计中，引进了多种相同性能零件的比对，插图，最终确定最佳选择，还利用了《液压与气压传动》、《机械原理》、《机械设计》、《材料力学》等高等教育学科。本说明书以托盘库的设计为中心，并附带了石蜡包装其他环节的说明。

托盘库的合理设计，有利于后面各程序的准确配合，使石蜡包装有序高效的进行，这样的托盘库也可使用于其他生产线中，有良好的推广及使用前景。

Abstract

Tray library is an important part of the paraffin in the packing line,It is through the pneumatic cylinders flashboard,Tocomplete the delivery of cargo from storage tray.This manual mainly introduces the tray design ideas of the repository、Process and to choose the final plan.From the feasibility and energy saving,normative and economic performance more surface,suah as consideration.Considering from stress and a spare parts with the best design results.

Plate storage each bento has a precise,energy-saving,safe,reliable,and many performance,in the production and function in practice has very good use value.In the design,the introduction of a variety of the same performance parts,illustrations,and ultimately determine the best choice,also use the “hydraulic and pneumatic transmission”,”mechanical principle”,”mechanical design”,”material mechanics”of higher education disciplines.This manual with the design of tray library as the center,and other aspects comes with paraffin was packing instructions.

Behind the tray library of reasonable design,be helpful for the application of accurate to cooperate,make paraffin packaging orderly,Efficient,such tray libraries can also be used in other production lines,has good popularization and use prospects.

科学技术日益更新，大学生的教育教学也在与时俱进，机械技术的发展更是不容小觑。这是一个由体力劳动改为脑力劳动，由人工操作改为机器操作的时代，很多实例告诉我们，机械自动化可以解决很多体力劳动不可能完成的任务。由此我们更依赖机械，并享受它带给我们的方便与快捷。

石蜡包装线就是一个机械自动化方面的简单实例，它包括托盘库、升降台、传送链、码垛机、撑口机等很多环节。要实现石蜡包装线的自动化，就要考虑精度、安全、可行性以及经济性能等众多方面。

托盘库是石蜡包装线的一个重要组成，更是生产线不可缺少的重要环节，它要实现托盘出库的自动化，还要保证与其他环节的精密配合。设计托盘库的时候，要考虑怎样才能占用较少的空间，保证托盘库的托盘出库与进库，传送链的互不干涉，托盘的有序、规律出库，以及托盘库的安全可靠。
