Haier is the world's white goods brand, was founded in 1984, Qingdao, China. As of 2009, Haier established 29 manufacturing bases in the global,8 comprehensive research and development centers and 19 overseas trading companies, employees more than 6 million. In 2009, Haier achieved global turnover of 124.3 billion yuan, 81.2 billion brand value, for 8 consecutive years ranked the most valuable Chinese brand list.
However, twenty years ago, Haier is also a collective loss of 1.47 million small factories. Factory disorganized, factory regulations turned out to be not allowed to relieve them in the workshop.
So what makes this former small group factory into a turnover of 100 billion global multinational corporations? For The reason, I think that Zhang rui mi n’s leadership style played an important role.
