180吨转炉倾动机构设计

摘要

在转炉设备中的倾动机械是实现转炉炼钢生产的关键设备之一,炉体的工作对象是高温的液体金属,在兑铁水、出钢等项操作时,要求炉体能平稳地倾动和准确的停位。为获得如此低的转速,需要很大的减速比。转炉炉体自重很大,再加装料重量等,整个被倾转部分的重员要达上百吨或上千吨本设计说明书以鞍钢180吨转炉全悬挂倾动装置为借鉴,以倾动角度连续回转360度,倾动速度范围从0.1r/min~1.0r/min进行设计。主要内容包括:分别对转炉的空炉,炉液的重心进行计算;转炉倾动力矩的计算;电机的确定和传动比的分配;倾动机械及其传动件的设计(包括传动方案的选择,根据倾动力矩进行电动机的选择和校核,减速器的设计,主要零部件的强度校核);抗扭缓冲装置的设计,此外,还进行了技术经济性分析。
