摘要

粮油机械工业是粮油工业的重要组成部分。粮油机械工业包括米、面、油、饲料加工设备的制造；粮油仓储、运输设备的制造；粮油食品深加工以及包装、计量、销售设备；粮油检测化验仪器设备。我国粮油加工业的发展给粮油机械工业提供了广阔的发展本次毕业设计主要针对目前社会和市场上的一些不让人放心的地沟油而设计的小型螺旋榨油机,该榨油机体型小巧,亦可在家庭中使用。该设计主要部件有榨膛，榨杆，机壳的设计，加热系统，落料系统，以及真空吸油装置的结构设计。榨膛，榨杆的设计主要确保经济型和实用性，通过考虑材料的选择和剪切力的计算，不但确保了食品的卫生，而且为小型企业和家庭节约成本，也保证了装置和机构的正常运作。加热系统的结构设计主要针对物料的炒制，不但要考虑温度对物料的影响，也要保证机构材料的耐热性。落料装置是确保整个榨油流程的关键，落料速度对榨油有着关键的影响。真空吸油部分可省去接油后静置沉淀的时间，由于考虑机构的结构，真空泵采用外置使用。配合特制形状的接油杯，可迅速提取纯净少渣的油液，对企业，或者家庭使用，不但节省了不少时间，也进一步保证了油液的纯净度。使产品和食品更加安全，健康。

ABSTRACT

The press oil is not squeezed out of the use of chemical agents, natural nutrients are not destroyed, the maximum preservation of the linoleic acid and other unsaturated fatty acids and nutrients vitamin E, iron, zinc, etc., while retaining the concentration of fragrance oil itself, ensure authentic product itself, safety, health, pollution-free.
