Lesson20 教学设计

一、教学目标:

(一)、知识技能目标:

1.能听懂、会说和认读下列词汇:China, short, tall,

2. 学生能理解并口头运用句子:

My father/mother is a _____. He/She is ____. (tall/short)

3. 能唱歌曲:I love you, you love me.

(二)、情感态度目标:学生敢于开口,乐于学习本课的句型和单词。学生对本课歌曲I love you, you love me有积极的兴趣,体验用英语交流的乐趣。学生主动参与小组活动,并与他人积极合作。

(三)、学习策略目标:学生在学习中集中精力,对所学内容主动练习和运用。学生积极与他人合作,共同完成学习任务。

二、教学重难点:

词汇:China, short, tall,

句型:My father/mother is a _____. He/She is ____. (tall/short)

三、教学过程:

Step I Class opening and review

T: How many people in your family? Who are they? What’s your mother’s name? What’s your mother’s name? What’s Li Ming’s father’s and mother’s name? Let’s see.通过问答交流,复习关于人称代词his, her.以问题引出本科内容。

Step II New concepts

Part 1:Meet Li Ming’s family.

(1) Show the cartoon

通过观看动画让学生了解本课要学内容。

T: What’s Li Ming’s father’s name? His name is Li Daming.

T: What’s Li Ming’s mother’s name? Her name is Liu Yun.

T: Where do they live? China.

教师可以出示地图,帮助学生理解China. We live in China.

(2) Watch the cartoon again. Follow it.

跟读录音;分角色朗读课文让学生进一步熟悉文本。

What is Li Daming? He is a teacher.

What is Liu Yun? She is a doctor.

What is Li Ming? He is a student.

What are you? I’m a student. 学生练习:I’m a student.

(3)What is your father/mother?

My father/mother is a______.

这里适当帮助学生拓展worker, housewife, businessman, clerk等职业名词,帮助学生真实地表达。

Part 2 Tall or short?

Let’s see the cartoon.

T: Li Ming’s father is tall. His mother is short. Compare with your partner. Who is tall? Who is short?

S: I’m tall. I’m short.

通过同桌两人比较练习tall 和short.

My mother/ father is tall/short.

描述父母的高矮。进一步运用所学知识。

(3)talk about them.

谈论身边的同学,和老师给的图片,描述他们的职业和身高情况。

He is a ___. He is ____. She is a ____ . She is ______.

Part 3 Let’s sing a song: I love you, you love me.

(1)listen first.

让学生听歌曲,享受歌曲。

(2)Let’s sing it together.

师生一起唱歌曲,加上适当的动作。

Step III Class closing

Homework: 1. Talk about your family with your partner.

2. Read the text.

T: Now class is over. Good-bye. See you later!
