肾移植术后免疫抑制剂的监测与护理

摘要】目的:探讨肾移植术后免疫抑制剂的监测与护理。方法:本次研究的对象均

为2016年2月至2018年2月在某三甲医院行肾移植术患者共20例，按照病床

号的单双号分为对照组和研究组，对照组患者10例，术后仅应用免疫抑制剂，

研究组患者10例，术后早期应用免疫抑制剂，同时加强免疫抑制剂的监测和护理，比较两组患者的服药依从性和药物不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患者的服

药完全依从率为90%，对照组患者的服药完全依从率为70%，研究组患者的服药

依从情况明显要比对照组的更有优势，两组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；研究组患者发生药物不良反应的有6例，通过药物监测和护理，不良反应均有效缓解，缓解率为100.00%，对照组患者发生不良反应的有5例，不良反应及时处理缓解

概率为80%，研究组患者的药物不良反应处理情况明显比对照组更优，两组间比

较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肾移植术后早期应用免疫抑制剂加强用药监测

与护理的效果良好，能够提高患者的服药依从性，同时及时处理缓解药物不良反应，值得推广。

in patients with adverse reactions timely treatment to relieve probability is 80%, the team treatment of adverse drug reactions in patients with significantly better than the control group, the comparison between the two groups have statistical significance (P

< 0.05). Conclusion: the early application of immunosuppressant after renal transplantation to strengthen the drug monitoring and nursing effect is good, can improve the patients' medication adherence, and alleviate the adverse drug reactions, timely treatment is worth promoting.
