TP2000-TX换热机组电脑控制器说明书一、系统概述TP2000-TX微电脑控制器是专为自动换热机组而设计的变频及温度控制自动化仪表,有多种变频控制模式和温度控制可供用户选择。
可同时控制一路温度调节阀及一路补水变频或一路循环变频。

如果液体的温度降低到环境温度以下,水泵 停机后在电机里可能出现冷凝现象。此时, 必须保证电机法兰里的排水孔打开并且向 下,参见图 6。 图6

1. 概述 本手册适用于装备有格兰富 MG 和 MMG 型 电机或者 MEZ 63 型电机的 TP 和 TPD 型水 泵。如果水泵安装了其它类型的电机,务必 要注意其电机资料可能会与本说明手册不 同。
功率等于或者大于 4 千瓦电机的水泵应采用 尼龙带和钩环起吊,见图 2。 图2
3. 应用范围 本系列水泵用于下列系统中,进行热水或冷 水循环操作。应用范围涉及家庭、单位和工 业等领域。
7.1 水泵 水泵是免维护的。 如果水泵因为长时间未用而排空,在电机支 架和联轴器之间的轴上注入几滴硅油。这可 以防止轴封面粘连。 7.2 电机 每隔一定时间,电机应该进行检查。确保电 机清洁对保证充分通风非常重要。如果水泵 安装在灰尘很多的环境里,必须定期对水泵 进行清洁和检查。 润滑油: 功率为 11 千瓦以下的电机轴承上添加的润 滑脂可以满足电机整个使用寿命内的需求, 因此不需要润滑油。 功率为 11 千瓦或者以上的电机的轴承必须 根据电机铭牌上的说明加润滑脂。 电机应采用锂基润滑脂进行润滑,润滑脂需 满足下列规格:

50张的大版中发现一张的时间落款是1291年,与实际发行时间相差了700年,他认为这版含有一张错票的“赈灾”价值有进一步提高的潜力。
杭州资深邮票收藏家吴肖平分析,这版邮票确实可以认定为错票,而且目前错版的价格一般比正常版高6倍左右。
吴肖平提醒,并非所有“错票”都有收藏价值,有一些邮票出现了错误,但相关部门没有召回,以至存世量很大,此类邮品的升值空间并不大,不宜盲目炒作。
一些“错票”价值连城“错票”大幅升值的例子有很多,最具代表性的莫过于J54“国际学联5大”版票。
1958年9月4日至15日,国际学联第五届代表大会在北京召开,为祝贺这次大会的召开,邮电部发行了这套邮票。
这套邮票原定1958年9月1日发行,因票名误写为“第五届世界学生代表大会”而停发。

TPN-2000维护操作说明
TPN-2000测试与维护注意事项一、简介TPN-2000总磷总氮在线分析仪为我公司新开发产品,用于水中总氮、总磷和化学需氧量(UV 法)的测定。
总磷分析采用钼酸铵分光光度法(GB 11893-89),使用的化学试剂包括:纯水、过硫酸钾溶液、抗坏血酸溶液、钼酸盐溶液、磷量程校正液,检测波长为700nm 。
分析流程如下:150℃室温图1 总磷分析流程图总氮分析采用碱性过硫酸钾氧化-紫外分光光度法(GB 11894-89),使用的化学试剂包括:纯水、过硫酸钾、氢氧化钠、盐酸、氮量程校正液,检测波长为224nm 和275nm 。
分析流程如下:150℃室温图2 总氮分析流程图COD 分析采用光度法,检测波长为254nm ,使用试剂只有纯水和邻苯二甲酸氢钾标准溶液。
分析流程如下:图3 COD (UV )分析流程图二、试剂配制参考《TPN-2000用户手册》三、基本操作说明1、软件操作TPN-2000光谱仪调试软件是测量监控和设置光谱仪等常用软件,现对软件各操作情况进行说明,点击该软件下的“TPN-2000Spc.exe”,启动该光谱仪软件。
1.1 系统配置在“系统配置”菜单下有:“串口配置”和“连接配置”两个子菜单(图4),其中串口配置是用于对电脑通讯端口和波特率的选择(图5);连接配置是用于选择与光谱仪的连接方式(图6)。
我们所用到的参数如下:串口配置:端口号:根据实际情况选择;波特率:57600;连接配置:通过接口板连接光谱仪(直接连接光谱仪波特率115200)图4 串口配置图5 端口配置图6 连接配置1.2 光谱仪管理光谱仪管理是对光谱仪一些参数进行读取和设置,包括光谱仪软件版本号、光谱仪仪器ID、光谱仪公共参数、光路参数、拟合参数、光源开关、读取光谱仪报警和光谱仪复位。
我们主要用到光谱仪软件版本、光谱仪仪器ID、光谱仪公共参数、光路参数和拟合参数。
对主要功能介绍如下:光谱仪软件版本用来读取当前使用光谱仪对应的软件版本号;光谱仪仪器ID用来读取或者设置光谱仪编号;光路公共参数用于设置一些公共参数(图8),包括光源信息字和光源控制电压,其中光源信息字为0时,表示当前光源为氙灯,光源信息字为1时,表示当前光源为汞灯;光源控制电压用于调节氙灯的能量,来满足我们仪表光谱能量要求;光路参数一般为默认参数,除了打灯次数在能量无法满足要求时和适当增加,其它参数按照默认值(图9),默认值不可修改;拟合参数为光谱仪像素域和能量域之间的拟合参数,不可进行修改。

2、变频泵的进水口与稳流补偿器相连,可编程控制器时刻检测稳流补偿器内的压力,通过控制真空抑制器来稳定稳流补偿器和自来水的压力使之不产生负压,从而确保自来水管网的正常供水。
