BLIS主要在车辆密集的多车道高速公路行驶时辅助驾驶员。

在另一部车辆因超车或被超而进入检测区域时,位于外部后视镜内侧的两个指示灯之一会向驾驶员闪烁。

这一指示的目的在于提示驾驶员可能有另一部车辆,让驾驶员在采取行动之前先检查。

该系统旨在检测汽车、卡车、客车和摩托车等机动车辆。

在夜间,系统对周围车辆的头灯做出反应。

如果周围车辆未打开头灯,那么系统就不会检测到车辆。

这就意味着该系统不会对拖挂在车辆之后没有头灯的拖车等做出反应。

TJ说明T9314 页码 3 / 6在BLIS作用时系统预设开启(每次车辆启动时都会设定为开启)。

一旦车辆时速达到10公里以上,系统就会提示盲点的其他车辆。

系统设计在以下情况下提示盲点中的其他车辆:•您以超过另一部车辆多达10公里时速超车。

•您被时速超过您的车速多达70公里的车辆超车。

选取“BLIS关闭/开启按键”,即可停止BLIS指示。

在BLIS被关闭时,按键中的灯会熄灭,仪表板显示器上会显示一条文字讯息。

注意!这只会关闭对驾驶员的通讯,系统仍在背景中运行。

如果需要重设系统,您就需要关闭发动机,然后重创建启。

冷却液液位传感器原因:与正极(+)电路短路。

传感器发生故障。

反应:无。

矫正措施:检查冷却液液位传感器的电缆是否完好。

检查冷却液液位传感器的功能。

代码2.4,SID22 / SPN 637 飞轮转速传感器原因:无信号。

频率异常。

传感器发出“间歇”信号。

传感器故障。

反应:发动机很难起动,即使起动后运行也不稳定。

矫正措施:检查发动机转速传感器接头的插接是否正确。

检查发动机转速传感器电缆是否完好。

检查发动机转速传感器在飞轮壳中的安装位是否正确。

检查发动机转速传感器的功能。

代码2.5,SID21 / SPN 636 凸轮轴测速盘转速传感器原因:无信号。

频率异常。

传感器发生故障。

反应:发动机起动时间比正常情况长。

一旦运转后则可正常运行。

矫正措施:检查发动机转速传感器接头的插接是否正确。

检查发动机转速传感器电缆是否完好。

检查发动机转速传感器在正时齿轮室上盖中的安装是否正确。

检查发动机转速传感器的功能。

57代码2.6,PID / SPN 190。

1沃尔沃XC90机械规格1.1沃尔沃XC90发动机基本数据发动机制造编号及型号印在汽缸体的右侧上。

正时罩盖上也有标记,标有发动机型号、制造编号及序号,如图1-1图1-1沃尔沃XC90发动机示意图沃尔沃XC90一般为六缸,汽缸体有B6284T和B6294S两种型号。

B6284T的汽缸体的内径为81.0mm活塞行程为90.0mm汽缸排量为2.780L点火次序1-5-3-6-2-4工作压缩压力为1.3-1.5MPa总重量大约为190kg(包括辅助配备和机油)。

B6294S缸体内径为83.0mm活塞行程与B6284T相同汽缸排量为2.920L点火顺序、工作压力与B6284T相同,总重量为180kg(包括辅助配备和机油)。

两种型号的发动机工作压力最大最小之间的差异均为0.2MPa。

1.2沃尔沃XC90发动机控制功能1.2.1沃尔沃XC90节气门控制功能沃尔沃XC90节气门控制采用电子控制单元其主要部件如图1-3所示图1-3 沃尔沃XC90电控单元图为确保节气门开度准确性沃尔沃XC90除安装有油门踏板位置传感器等传感器以外还使用了额外的讯号和参数以确保最佳的节气门压缩负载、变速箱负载的补偿,发动机温度控制等。

1.2.2点火控制采用延迟点火,延迟点火是为了改善汽缸壁上燃油膜的燃烧不良的状况,延迟点火会降低发动机效率,产生的热量用来加热三路触媒转换器(TWC)。

排气凸轮轴(涡轮增压发动机)延迟打开排气门使燃烧充分减少废气排放。

进气凸轮轴通过延迟打开/关闭进气门是重叠很少或者没有,在进气管设定压力差在汽缸压力较低的情况下使气体进入汽缸使ECU有时间控制燃油喷射量,精确控制燃烧,进气管始终保持一定压力,涡轮增压使进气管保持一定温度保证发动机始终处于最佳工作状态。

发动机中的机油容量(包括机油滤芯)为7.2L。

During the test, the drive torque shall not exceed the maximum values specified in table 2. The thread rolled by the screw in the test plate shall be able to receive ISO-threaded machine screws [3]. The assembly speed shall not exceed 30 r/min. The test plate shall be of steel with a max. carbon content of 0,23 %. The hardness of the test plate shall be Rockwell B 70 to 85 (HB 125 to 165). The test plate's hole diameter and thickness shall be as per table 2. Skruvarna skall i sitt leveranstillstånd monteras in i en provplåt tills dess att en gänga med full diameter är helt igenom plåten. Monteringshastigheten får inteöverskrida 30 r/min. The clamped portion of the screw must not be damaged. At least two full threads shall be held within the clamping device. Torque shall be applied to the screw by means of a suitable torque measuring device until failure occurs. The failure torque is then read off. The diameter of the hole shall be equal to the maximum major diameter + 0,05 up to M6 and maximum major diameter + 0,1 for M8 to M12. An axial compressive load shall then be applied against the top of the screw. Loading shall be continued until the plane of the underhead bearing surface is bent permanently through 5° with respect to a plane normal to the axis of the screw. Test nuts may be hardened to permit reusability.The sample screw shall be threaded into a ISO-threaded hole or a nut having thicknesses of at least 1,5 times the nominal screw diameter and tightened with a torque equal to the embrittlement torque specified in table 4 for the applicable screw diameter. The thread run out of the screw may not interfere with the nut. Spacers shall therefore be used for partly threaded screws and can also be used for fully threaded screws to ensure that full thread engagement is maintained within the threaded test nut or hole. The assembly shall remain in this tightened state for 24 hours. The original torque shall then be reapplied prior to the screw being removed. Skruvarna skall provas i sitt leveranstillstånd inklusive eventuell ytbehandling och/eller smörjning. Prov-muttrar får vara härdade i syfte att öka återanvänd-barheten. Provskruven skall gängas i en mutter med ISO-gänga. Mutterns tjocklek skall vara minst 1,5gånger skruvens nominella diameter. Skruven skalldärefter dras åt med ett moment enligt tabell 4 för den givna gängan. Skruvens gängutlopp får ej komma i kontakt med muttern. Brickor skall därför användas för delgängade skruvar och kan även användas förhelgängade skruvar för att garantera fullt gängingrepp i muttern eller hålet. Provskruven skall förbli i dettaåtdragna tillstånd i 24 h.
