略阳钢铁制氧站生产系统安全性分析(制氧工艺)

摘要:随着科学技术的发展,对氧气产品的需求量在不断增长,制氧企业的生产规模也在不断扩大。氧气的性质决定了氧气在生产、储存过程中存在着燃烧、爆炸等固有危险性,而制氧企业设备大型化、高度连续性、自动化程度高、高危险性的生产特点又决定了它具有许多潜在的危险性。因此,在制氧企业中实现安全评价是十分必要的。本文通过安全评价的相关知识对略阳钢厂制氧站进行安全风险评价,对生产环节进行系统分析、辨别其存在的危险有害因素,并对该项目的制氧工艺进行了火灾爆炸指数评价,通过计算该工艺火灾、爆炸指数,评价火灾爆炸固有危险性等级,最终计算出安全措施补偿系数、最大可能财产损失等。并提出相关的安全措施,力图减少制氧站事故的发生,避免制氧站生产中人的伤害,降低财产的损失。

Abstract: with the development of science and technology, the oxygen demand in the growing, the oxygen production enterprise production scale is also expanding. Oxygen nature determines the oxygen in the production and storage of combustion and explosion of inherent danger exists in the process and oxygen equipment enterprises large-scale, highly continuous, high degree of automation, the production characteristics of high risk decided that the it has a lot of potential risk. Therefore, to realize the safety evaluation of the oxygen enterprises is very necessary. In this paper, through the safety evaluation of the knowledge of Lueyang steel oxygen station safety risk assessment, in the production process of system analysis, to identify the existence of dangerous and harmful factors and the oxygen making process of the project were fire and explosion index, related safety countermeasures are put forward. By calculating the fire and explosion index, evaluation of the inherent risk level of fire and explosion, the final calculation of the compensation coefficient of safety measures, the maximum possible property losses, etc.. Try to reduce the occurrence of accidents of oxygen station, avoid oxygen station in the production of human injury, reduce the loss of property.
