Warehouse processes

1.收货

1. Receiving

1.1供应商送货到仓库，仓库接收。

1.1 Supplier delivery to the warehouse to receive.

1.2 根据送货单点数量，确认数量无误后签字。

1.2 Point according to delivery note number, the number of correct recognition after the signing.

1.3仓库管理人员在第一时间根据送货单填写检查入库票。

1.3 Warehouse manager fill in the first inspection under the delivery note storage ticket.

1.4 填好后将检查入库票和物品一起放到待检查品置场。

2.1 部品发货

2.1 Parts Delivery

2.1.1 所有部品发货必须由计划出具的有签名的出库单方可发货。

2.2 成品出库

2.2.1 根据销售部出具的有签字的出货单和送货单方可发货。

3.1 仓库库存为实际库存，计划库存为理论库存。

3.3 假如实际库存和理论库存不能统一时，进行原因分析并追踪。

4.1部品入库

4.1 Parts storage

4.1.1 检查部检验合格后，把部品和检查入库票放置待入库置场。

4.1.2 仓库根据检查入库票的合格数量确认部品数量，并将检查入库票填写完整后交计划（并在检查入库票后面附上送货单）。

4.1.2 Warehouse storage under examination to confirm the number of eligible votes the number of parts, and check the storage ticket exchange program, after completed.（Storage in check delivery note appended to vote）.

4.2 成品入库

4.2 Finished product storage

4.2.1根据检查部填写成品入库单进行入库。

4.2.1 Inspection Department under a single to complete the finished product storage warehouse.

4.2.2 入库完成后，将成品入库单填写完整并交计划。

4.2.2 Storage is completed, the finished product storage lists completed and submitted to the program.
