英语课堂用语是指教师运用 英语进行组织、演示、解释、 提问、表扬、更正教学的语言， 换句话说是指不必新授的语言。
特点：
一、要求表达清晰准确。
二、力求简洁、地道、易懂。
三、运用生动活泼的语言。 四、注意语调、节奏、音量的 调控，以引起学生的汪意力。

目前教师的课堂用语根据其功能可 大致分为四类：问候类（Greeting)、 指令类（Instructions)、提问式 （ Questions) 、评价类（Elaluation) 等四类。
