空气滤清器滤芯
空气滤清器滤芯的作用清除灰尘、砂土等等，来清洁进入发动机的空气。
如果滤清器滤芯被堵塞由于进入到发动机的空气数量变少，发动机的输出功率降低，燃油经济性变差。
清洁 / 更换间隔 • 根据行驶里程和时间长短来清洁或更换滤芯，因为难以通过目视来判断它的变质程度。检查（在 Corolla 上，对于大多数国家）：每 20,000 公里 (12,000 英里 ) 或 2 年更换（在 Corolla 上，对于多数国家）：每 40,000 公里 (24,000 英里 ) 或 4 年 • 请参考维修计划，因为它可能随车型不同而异。 • 当行驶在沙地或尘土飞扬的地区，清洁 / 更换滤芯的间隔就要变短。（因为它会更快就堵塞。）

什么是气门间隙？即使各部分由于加热膨胀，它也能使气门在正确的正时打开和关闭。

篇一：浅析丰田普瑞维亚刹车系统典型故障与排除方法浅析丰田普瑞维亚刹车系统典型故障与排除方法随着我国改革开放的不断深入，市场经济的快速发展，我国汽车工业已取得长足的进步，汽车保有量持续增加，技术的日新月异，汽车已渐渐走入普通百姓家庭，成为一种不可或缺的代步工具。

但伴随之而来的汽车故障，也成为摆在公众面前的一道难题。

2011年1月28日，世界著名汽车厂商丰田汽车公布了其2010年全球汽车销量，为841.8万辆(含丰田、大发及日野的销量)，继续稳坐全球车企第一宝座。

但与此同时，有关丰田系列轿车制动系统故障引起刹车失灵的案例时有发生，所以今天我们就以在我国发售及生产的丰田汽车为基础分析其制动系统典型故障与诊断排除方法。

一、故障现象某大霸王车主反映，该车行驶里程为86200公里，在4s店做完例行保养（只更换机油机滤、润滑系统保养）后3周，点火系统自检后，abs故障灯不灭（正常情况下应在启动车辆瞬间点亮，自检完毕后自动灭），常亮，且紧急制动时，脚踏板不‘打脚’（有经验的司机都知道，abs作用时，由于abs反复快速的松放会给制动踏板带来明显的回馈力），abs不能正常启动。

二、故障诊断与检修制动灯亮，在路试完车辆确认故障存在后，首先应想到行车电脑中abs控制模块存有故障码，大霸王中诊断座位于主驾座位下方，连接tc与e1端子，找出位于水箱右方的维修插头，拔出其中的线束插头，用车钥匙点火，在abs常亮时用丰田专用检测电脑读出故障码，测试后发现共有4个故障码。

分别有故障11、31、33、35。

查询abs专用码表，11表示abs电磁阀继电器短路或断路，31表示左前轮转速传感器信号故障，33表示右后轮转速传感器信号故障，35表示后轮传感器断路。

打开机盖，abs执行器盖下可以找到abs电磁阀继电器（5z）和回流电动泵继电器（4z）。

拆下abs电磁阀继电器后发现其工作正常，并无问题。

继而对继电器的插座进行检修，电源、搭铁、控制线路均正常。
