2.1 Conceptual Design and Development

provide the following spa concept design services excluding interior design, which will be appointed by the owner separately:

2.1.1 Stage 1 - Concept Design
概念设计
(a) Analyze the Owner's requirements and develop an area program.
分析甲方的需求，规划平面布局
(b) Prepare 2 concept designs for discussion with the Owner.
提交两个概念构思设计供甲方讨论
(c) Concept design shall include the following drawings:
概念设计包括以下图纸：
- Spa Floor Plans (Scale 1:200)
- 平面布置图 (比例 1:200)
- Spa Image Boards
- 形象展示效果图板
(d) Outline project description.

make a presentation on the concept to the Owner and the hotel operator.

2.1.2 Stage 2 - Schematic Design
概念设计组合
Based on the final concept design selected and approved by the Owner, Spa Consultant shall prepare schematic design drawings and other documents for presentation to the Owner. The presentation shall consist of the following:
根据甲方所确认的概念设计图，Spa Consultant 将准备方案设计及文档，并向甲方演示讲解。

方案设计包括以下：
(a) Spa floor plans (scale 1:100)
SPA平面布局图 (比例 1:100)
(b) Typical elevation and sections.
立面图和剖面图
(c) Image books, description and design.
形象效果图（配合文字注解）
(d) Spa Equipment Proposal
设备配备建议
(e) Two colour renderings.
两个彩色立体效果图
Upon approval of Conceptual Design, Spa Consultant shall collaborate with the Owner’s architect, M&E consultant and the Owner’s appointed Interior Designer, Lighting Designer etc who would prepar e design development drawings.
These drawings will describe the design intent sufficiently to allow for pricing by builders.
经甲方认可设计后，Spa Consultant 配合甲方的建筑师，结构工程师、室内设计师、灯光工程师等各个专业人员准备进一步的设计图，以使此类图纸达到可以报价的要求。

3.0 Stage 3 - Programme Design and Development
3.1 Specification and Project Coordination
项目详细说明和项目协调
This shall include the following:
包括：
(a) Product stipulation, Technical and supply sources to meet specified spa specifications..
指定产品的规格、技术要求和供应商来源以符合指定水疗护理产品的标准
(b) Establish FF&E requirements, master list, technical data and supplier sources.
确定FF&E 需求、主列表、技术数据和供应商来
(c) Preview drawings and layouts with Owner’s interior designer and M&E consultants.
与甲方室内设计师及M&E顾问一同研究图纸
(d) Review tender documents prepared by Owner’s consultant and eval uate and provide recommendations for spa
and FF&E equipment proposed by tenderers.
审核由甲方收回的关于FF&E和设备的回标文件，并提出推荐意见
(e) Periodic attendance in meetings with local consultants.
定期同建筑师和顾问开会
(f) All documents, drawings or plans will be in English with suitable Chinese translation where appropriate.
所有文档、图纸及计划等资料将以中文的形式表述。
