解题技巧
当句中缺少谓语动词时,括号中的动词就是谓语动词。此时要
考虑___时___态__、__、__语__态__、____、_语__气___、____、_主__谓__一__致___
等四个方面。 【确定时态的3条依据】 (1)依据上下文时态一致。看上下文谓语动词是什么时态(过去/现 在/将来),空格要填的动词时态一般应与上下文的时态一致。这 是高考语法填空中确定时态的最重要的依据。但需注意:客观 事实或真理可能时态不一致;直接引语的时态会与引号外的时 态不一致。 (2)依据并列谓语动词的时态一致。 (3)依据时间状语。如recently, so far, up to now, up to the present, in the past few years常与现在完成时连用;by the end of, since 1980, for three years常与完成时连用。 提示:尽管课标或考纲中列出了10种时态,但近两年全国卷和 九年广东卷的高考真题主要考查了一般现在时和一般过去时两 种时态。

(三)词类转换题的解题技巧
词类转换题要先确定所要填的单词在 句中的成分。
技巧1:作表语、定语或补语,通常用 形容词形式。
• [例1] The youngster immediately fell silent

• [例11] Your mistake caused a lot of u_n_n_e_c_e_s_s_a_r_y_ (necessary) work in the office.
技巧6:括号中所给词为动词时,也不一定是考动词 的时态语态或非谓语动词, 有可能考词类转换;若是形容词或副词,有可能考 查其比较级或最高级。

(三)词类转换题的解题技巧
词类转换题要先确定所要填的单词在 句中的成分。
技巧1:作表语、定语或补语,通常用 形容词形式。
• [例1] The youngster immediately fell silent
________ (silence) as tears flew down from his big blue eyes.
• [例11] Your mistake caused a lot of u_n_n_e_c_e_s_s_a_r_y_ (necessary) work in the office.
技巧6:括号中所给词为动词时,也不一定是考动词 的时态语态或非谓语动词, 有可能考词类转换;若是形容词或副词,有可能考 查其比较级或最高级。
