同时通过卡通故事的学习，掌握省略关系词的定语从句在具体语境中的运用。
二、学情分析：学生们是在前两个模块的基础上学习省略关系词的定语从句，应该不会觉得很难，因为本单元的话题是学生熟知和喜爱的，所以可以激发学生的学习热情，学习的积极性会很高.三、教学目标：1、语言知识目标：（1）词汇：能够正确使用下列单词和词组：heaven, mess, private, heart, win the heart of , everywhere, handbag, favourite , lead, rule, peach, common, boss, surface, ever since,（2）语法：学习省略关系词的定语从句并掌握其在具体语境中的运用。
（3）功能：能够谈论卡通人物.、2、语言技能目标：（1）读：a、能够读懂介绍卡通人物的文章。
b、培养学生理解文章大意的能力。
c、培养学生掌握文章中各段落之间的逻辑关系和文章结构的能力。
d、培养学生跳读的技巧。
（2）写：能够用定语从句描写卡通作品；完成对同学所喜爱的卡通类型和喜爱程度的调查。
3、学习策略目标：自学策略：能够检索有关卡通的故事，图片以及音像资料。
合作学习策略：能够与他人合作介绍卡通作品。
4、文化意识目标：通过卡通故事了解不同国家的文化。
