中药配合化疗治疗大肠癌的研究进展

【摘要】大肠癌是一种常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,近年来发病率有逐渐上升趋势.在无法手术切除的大肠癌治疗中,化疗占有重要地位.然而几乎所有化疗药物都可以引起不同程度的不良反应,从而限制其有效剂量的应用,降低患者生活质量.祖国医学在治疗大肠癌方面有独特优势,可在一定程度上弥补西方医学的不足.研究表明,中药配合化疗可降低不良反应、提高化疗疗效、改善生活质量.中西医结合治疗大肠癌是当前的热点.%The carcinoma of large intestine is a frequent cancer of digestive tract. Recently, there is an increasing trend in the incidence rate. Chemotherapy has an important position on treatment of unresectable large intestine carcinoma. All chemotherapeutics ahnost can cause adverse drug reactions, thus the utilization of chemotherapeutics effective dose is limited, and the quality of life is reduced. The traditional Chinese medicine has a distinctive advantage on treatment of large intestine carcinoma. The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine in combination with chemotherapy was able to reduce adverse drug reactions of the chemotherapy, enhanced the efficacy of chemotherapy, improved the quality of life. It is the focus of integrated rcm-wm treatment of large intestine carcinoma.
