一、新授单词方面
小学生在上英语课时，在最初的好奇与兴趣之后，学生就为掌握单词和语篇发愁了。
我们的课堂上一直在强调，应该针对小学生好奇、好动、喜欢身边经历的心理特征，在教学中应尝试创新各种情景，给学生亲身体验的机会。
多学习语言规则，并尽可能多创造模仿的机会，提高学生的语音和语调。
因此，在本课的新单词处理上，我采用故事教学，层层递进，把单词解决在语境中。
通过将伦敦塔桥的故事，来让孩子对这个词印象深刻。
另外通过读音，Tower 跟中文的塔发音很像，这样的方法来辅助记忆。
二、小组合作学习方面
通过让学生分工合作，自己动手与协调，培养了学生的自学能力及团结合作的精神。
本课我用了一个设计自己的寒假旅行表来激发学生的兴趣。
先是教师展示自己的计划介绍，创设了热烈而又浓厚的学习气氛，调动了学生的学习积极性与强烈的参与欲望，让每个学生在小组中都体验到自己的角色及成功的喜悦。
不足的是因为课前师没有进行引导，而是完全放手给学生自己组织，使得学生设计的路线及形式与教师介绍形式都差不多，没有特别新颖的形式，否则整堂课会更加的精彩。
三、评价方面
我深知评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信。
平时重视形成性评价，对学生通过小组合作学习而完成的作品的评价，自评、组评、全班评的环节，充分展示学生的自我，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高。
学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。
