对于这类镶嵌式玻璃栏杆,应该如何进行固定?
目前,固定镶嵌式玻璃栏杆主要有两种方式:
(1)组合镶嵌槽式镶嵌槽的外侧槽板与构件是分离的,采用平推法安装玻璃,玻璃安装定位后压上压板,用螺钉将压板嵌固,外侧扣上扣板装饰。
(2)混合镶嵌槽式一般是竖梃用整体镶嵌槽、横梁用组合镶嵌槽,安装玻璃用左右投装法,玻璃定位后将压板用螺钉固定到横梁杆件上,扣上扣板形成横梁完整的镶嵌槽,可从外侧或内侧安装玻璃。

1、槽底
1.1 锡槽的槽底设计及安装
锡槽槽底与熔融的锡液直接接触,要求槽底不能渗锡, 不允许开裂。而且槽底材料不能含有会产生气体的成 分 (如水分),因此槽底材料选用和设计是非常重要的 工作。
槽底是直接盛装锡液的设施,由槽底钢壳、锡槽底砖、 侧壁砖组成。槽底和槽壁连成一体,通常用钢板作外壳, 内衬耐火砖,各耐火砖用螺栓固定在钢板外壳上。
(2)减少锡液暴露面,从而减小了锡液被污染的表面积,有助 于防止或减轻因锡液污染所造成的光畸变点、 沾锡, 钢化后所 出现的虹彩, 划伤等玻璃缺陷, 减少锡液暴露面, 也就是增 加了锡液被玻璃带的复盖面。 复盖面越大, 温差越小, 将会 减轻锡液对流和原板摆动。
(3)缩减锡槽后部宽度,可减少容锡量,降低锡耗,从 而可节约投资,降 低成木。
为了更好地防止外界空气进入锡槽在锡槽进口端的胸墙上设置两侧对称的两只氮包以一定的压力和流量向槽内吹氮在距唇砖不远处形成氮气膜可有效地防止从流道流槽处进入的空气进锡槽而污染但由于此处槽内玻璃液尚未充分摊平抛光而氮包进入的氮气温度较低如流量和压力控制不当往往会影响玻璃成型所以生产中是否能合理使用需谨慎
第五章 锡 槽
直通型结构简单,适用于较小规模的生产线; 喇叭形结构复杂,玻璃液流通畅,没有死角,闸板位置
不需要精确调整,适用于生产规模较大的生产线。
1.2 流槽
流槽是部分伸进锡槽内的槽型耐火砖。
流槽的主要作用是将熔化好的玻璃液连续不断 并均匀地送入锡槽。
流槽的材质、形状、尺寸和安装位置适当否, 均对玻璃带的质量影响很大。
金属外壳
金属外壳由厚 10~14mm 钢板焊接而成。 为加强其刚度和减小变形,侧壁设有垂直筋板,底部有纵向
和横向底梁用来支撑槽体所受重力,并通过这些梁将重力传 给下部钢结构。 在底梁之间还有许多筋板,目的是为了减少钢板的挠度和变形, 从而保证底板有较好的平整度。

灯槽吊顶跌级装置及安装方法弹纲标高线,先将楼、地面标高之基准线定出,用灰线弹于周边墙上。
以楼、地面标高基准线为准,按具体设计规定的顶棚标高,用仪器及量具沿室内任何一个墙面将顶棚高度量出。
并将高度点用灰线弹于墙面之上,高度必须测量准确,不得有误差之处,如顶棚为高低跌级造型者,跌级处顶棚高、低的高度点,均应--弹出。
用激光扫描仪或其他仪器,根据上列工序弹出的顶棚高度点,弹线应清楚,位置应明确,寻不大于士5rnm。
弹龙骨位置线,用测量仪器将龙骨吊点中心在混凝土楼板底上用灰线--弹出,弹时吊点中心位置应测定准确,与具体设计无误,如吊杆锚固件须用膨胀螺栓固定者,应将膨胀螺栓中心位置一并弹出。
弹大型灯具、电扇等吊具位置线:所有大型灯具、电扇等的吊具、吊杆的位置,应按具体设计用测量仪--测定准确,并用灰线弹上楼板板底,如吊具、吊杆的锚固件必须用膨胀螺栓者应位置一并弹出。
弹附加吊杆位置线:根据具体设计,将顶棚检修走道(又名检修马逾修口、通风d、柱子周边处及其他所有,需加“附加吊杆”之处的吊杆位置用测量仪器--测出,用灰线弹于混凝土楼板板底,吊杆锚固件须与膨胀螺栓中心位置,并弹出。
弹线检查。
应对所弹的标高线、吊点位置线等进行检查复根据所弹出顶棚标高线检查顶棚标高位置,检查顶棚上部设备、管线、管道等有无矛盾之处,对大型灯具的安装有无妨碍之处,对高、低跌级顶棚构造有无问题之处。
如出现问题,应及时与设计单位助察并解决。
设计单位出具“设计变更通知单”,将顶棚构、标高等有问题之处进行变更。
然后根据“设计变更通知单”进行施工。
吊顶龙骨选材夺上列,吊顶轻钢龙骨、校正,所有龙骨的品种、规格、花色等均应符合具体设计规定。
凡龙骨因搬运或其他原因造成翘曲、变形者,应予修理、校正,严重者应予删除并运离工地,选择合格的龙骨,应按规格、种类分别存放备用、搬运,堆放时不得扔、摔、碰、撞,并应放在平整、干燥的室内或楼地面上,形、生锈。
1、用钉固定时,钉距不宜大于200mm,污迹。
