摘要

本文研究我国民营快递企业发展现状及出现的问题，特别选取近年来发展迅猛的顺丰速运有限公司作为民营快递企业的代表来研究。采用波士顿矩阵法、SWOT法对我国民营快递企业进行分析，发现了现阶段我国民营快递企业所面临的种种问题，最后根据我国民营快递企业所面临的问题，提出相应的解决方案。本文的研究成果有两个方面，一是我国民营快递企业在面对激烈的竞争环境下，要大力提升自身内部的综合实力，二是我国民营快递企业要充分利用外部条件，灵活运用自已的优势。

本文共分为六个部分：第一部分阐述了我国快递业基本概念；第二部分介绍了我民营快递业的发展现状；第三部分是运用波士顿矩阵法和SWOT法对顺丰速运有限公司进行分析，发现其存在的问题；第四部分是根据顺丰速运存在的问题，运用SWOT法对我国民营快递企业进行分析；第五部分是根据SWOT法对我国民营快递企业的分析，列举出我国民营快递企业存在的问题；最后一部分是根据我国民营快递企业存在的问题，提出相应的解决方案。

Abstract

Research and development status of private express delivery enterprises in China in this paper, especially selected the rapid development of the SF EXPRESS Co. Ltd. in recent years as the representative of the private courier companies to study, the Boston matrix method, SWOT method to analyze the private express enterprises in China, found problems at the present stage of China's private express enterprises face, finally, according to the private express enterprises in China are facing problems, and proposed the corresponding solution. The results of this study has two aspects, one is the Chinese private express enterprise in the face of the fierce competitive environment, to enhance the comprehensive strength of its own internal, two are private express enterprises in our country should make full use of the external conditions, flexibility in the use of their own advantages.

This paper is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the basic concept of express industry in China; the second part introduces the current development of our private express industry; the third part is the application of Boston matrix method and the SWOT method to analyze the SF EXPRESS Co. Ltd, found the existing problems; the fourth part is based on the SF EXPRESS problem, use the SWOT method to analyze the private express enterprises in China; the fifth part is based on the analysis of private express enterprises in China by SWOT, has pointed out the private express delivery enterprises in China; the last part is based on the existence of private express enterprises in our country, puts forward the corresponding solutions
