一、教学内容
外研版小学英语六年级上册第八模块第二单元第一课时: Unit 2 1. Listen and chant 2. Listen and read 3. Listen and complete.
二、教学目标
1. 学习新词:always, sometimes, never, often.
2. 能用所学的频度副词讲述行为习惯和爱好等,培养学生开口说英语的习惯。
3. 通过体验、参与实践等活动,让学生学会合作学习。
4. 采用激励性评价,在教学活动中充分激发学生的求知欲和表现欲;通过小组合作学习,培养学生自主学习和运用语言的能力。
三、教学重难点
(一)重点:
1. 听、说、读、写单词 always, never, sometimes, often 并能准确使用。
2. 能用所学的频度副词讲述行为习惯和爱好等。
(二)难点:
1. 能够比较熟练地把always, never, sometimes, often等运用到句型中进行日常的交流。
2. 在用所学的频度副词讲述行为习惯和爱好的同时注意第三人称单数的变化。
四、教学准备
1. 单词卡片(可从优教平台下载“Module8 Unit2单词卡片集”直接使用)。
2. 音频(可从优教平台下载使用)。
3. 人物头饰。
4. PPT课件。

Step 1 Warm-up
T: Hello, boys and girls. Shall we begin our English class?
Ss: OK.
T: I like reading books. Do you like reading books?
S1: Yes, of course. I often read stories.
T: Do you often play with dolls?
S2: Not really.
T: Do you often clean your room?
S3: Not very often. Do you?
T: Yes, I do.

2. 单词教学
(1) always
T: Listen carefully. I read English on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
I want to know more about English. So I always read English. Can you make a sentence with “always”?
S1: I always…
What does he/she always do? (引出第三人称单数)
He always listens to music.(用同样的方法教授often, never, sometimes,每教授一
个新词让学生造句。)
(2) often
T: Besides that, I go swimming on Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Swimming makes me healthy. So I often go swimming.
(3) sometimes
T: I don’t like computer games very much. I play them when I feel bored. So I sometimes play computer games.
(4) never
T: I don’t like playing football. I can’t play football. I never play football.
3. Listen and chant.
T: You know how to use the words now. Look at the tree and the bird. Can you make a sentence about them?
S: The tree never goes. The bird often goes.
T: Yes. Let’s listen to the cha nt and then chant together.
【设计思路】之前的造句练习已经让学生初步认识了新词,现在通过一个有节奏的歌谣让学生轻松起来,在歌谣中更加深入了解新词,为完成下面的课文学习作铺垫。
4. 课文教学。
(1) T: Look, here come our friends. Who are they?
S: They are Simon,".
T: Look carefully and then talk about them.看图介绍人物。引导学生尽可能多地说出图中的人物在做什么。
eg: This is Simon. He’s riding his bicycle.
This is Jack. He is eating.
This is Sam. He is swimming.
This is Xiaoyu. He’s reading an English book.
This is Heping. He's writing stories in English.
This is Lili. She’s cleaning the blackboard.
