3，目标量及运行角度设定

目标量一般设定3500ml，目标量在一定范围内，设定的值越大，“用时”时间越短。

运行角度根据实际加菌泥量调节，一般在45000左右。

在“计步分装”界面，通过上下箭头键选择目标量或则运行角度，按“Enter”键进入调节阶段，通过“><∨∧”四键调节数值大小。

调节完毕后，按“RTN”键进入运行启动界面，按“ ”键进行加液测试或加液。

按住“Max”键不松，蠕动泵测处于工作状态，用于加液前排出硅胶管内的空气。

产品介绍：蠕动泵系列一、KPP蠕动泵KPP系列蠕动泵采用的是壁厚较薄的蠕动泵管；流速在2-140ml/min之间；体积小、功耗小、成本低、可满足不同客户的需求；适用于间歇工作的场合。

1、直流电机微型蠕动泵材质：工程塑料2、KPP蠕动泵专用泵头材质：工程塑料产品特点：外观精美，结构坚固耐用三个转子，脉动适中通过控制可实现泵的正反转更换泵管，方便、快速泵管有两种选择：食品级硅胶泵管，泵管长度：175mm（外漏49.5mm）和进口PharMed（有个圈R的符号）BPT，泵管长度：135mm(外漏29.5mm)。

可选配电源。

直流电机可选：3V、6V、12V、24V。

注：进口BPT泵管，耐酸碱，抗腐蚀性较强。

蠕动泵标准操作规程

1 目标：建立BT100-1F蠕动泵标准操作程序，保障操作标准化。

2 适用范围：适适用于BT100-1F蠕动泵操作。

3 责任者：工程部部长、设备操作程序制订人员。

4 内容：4.1 操作对象BT100-1F蠕动泵厂家：保定兰格恒流泵4.2 安装软管1、将扳杆逆时针扳动180°，打开上压块。

2、将软管自然放入滚轮和上压块之间，软管必需采取从蠕动泵厂商供给灌装专用硅胶软管。

3、顺时针扳动扳杆180°，使上压块下压到位，管卡可靠地卡住软管，以预防软管工作时窜动。

4、将BT100-1F蠕动泵电源插头插入220v/50Hz交流电源，开启BT100-1F蠕动泵电源开关，可见显示器亮，表明仪器进入工作状态。

4.3功效设置在“运行界面”下，按一下【旋钮】进入“设置”界面，经过转动【旋钮】分别选择“系统设置、工作方法、分配设置、校正功效”功效，按下【旋钮】对各个功效进行设置。

4.4操作步骤4.4.1流量工作方法1、确定液体流量范围，开机完成初始化，并显示运行界面后，按下【旋钮】，进入“系统设置”界面，设置泵头和软管。

2、进入“工作方法”菜单选中“流量方法”。

4、若流量超差，按动【旋钮】进入“校正功效”界面，选中“流量校正”，设置好“测试时间”，按【启停键】进行校正。

运行完成后，旋转【旋钮】输入“实测液量”，如未达要求可反复校正。

5、按【返回键】退回到工作界面，按【启停键】开始进入流量工作。

4.4.2. 分配工作方法1、确定分配液量，按下【旋钮】，进入“系统设置”界面，设置泵头和软管。

2、在“系统设置”界面旋转【旋钮】进入“回吸时间”，依据需要设置“回吸时间”。

3、进入“工作方法”菜单选中“分配方法”。

4、进入“分配设置”界面，设置“分配液量、分配次数、流量”等分配参数。

5、进入“分配校正交”界面对分配液量进行校正，运行完成后，旋转【旋钮】输入“实测液量”，如未达要求可反复校正。

6、校正结束后，返回到分配工作界面，按【启停键】开始分配工作。
