5. Shipping Advice/Instruction:: After making shipment, the seller should promptly
advise the buyer of its effectuation, especially the transaction is concluded on FOB and CFR basis. It has been an international practice stipulated in INCOTERMS 2000. For example:
----voyage charter ----time charter
Contract entered into between the ship-owner and the shipper may take the form of either a)a charter party, where a complete ship is hired or b)a bill of lading, where the ship carries cargoes belonging to different shippers.
----Packing list No.xx in duplicate;
