• 艾滋病是全球面临的重大公共卫生问题。我国自 1985年发现第一例艾滋病病人以来,截至今年10 月底,报告现存活的艾滋病感染者和病人已达 49.7万例,死亡15.4万例。 • 根据河北省卫计委公布的数据,今年以来青年学 生感染增幅高达51.4%。云南省最近通报,今年, 15-24岁的青年学生感染者和病人73例,较去年 同期增加28例。陕西省卫生计生委透露,20岁以 下艾滋病病毒感染者由2012年的3.8%上升到 5.2%。“15到19岁的学生每年新报告感染人数都 在上升,这对我国艾滋病防控是一个很大的挑 战。”中国疾控中心性病艾滋病防治中心副主任 汪宁说,“目前全国20多个省份都有报告,最小 感染者只有14岁,而且大多是男孩子。”
