The doctor recommended that she should be admitted into the ward.
Roles and Responsibilities Assessing the Client’s Condition Assessing the patients’ psychological and physical condition, together with the client and other health care professionals, the nurse will determine related nursing interventions that are most likely to assist each client in achieving healing goals.
