以防止蒸汽压力超过规定值,确保设备安全运行,整套阀门是按照日本冈野阀门株式会社全量型安全阀技术制造。
二、主要零件的作用及结构特点安全阀结构如图所示。
安全阀阀座设计成拉伐尔喷嘴形状,阀座内径大于等于1.15倍喉部直径,安全阀达到全开位置时,阀座口处流通面积大于1.05倍喉部面积。
根据拉伐尔喷嘴介质流动原理阀座出口介质流速达到音速,使安全阀排放系数大于0.75。
阀座突出在阀体内,避免阀体热应力对阀座密封面的影响,密封件采用了热阀瓣,并与阀瓣套筒用阀瓣螺母固定在一起,避免阀瓣套筒和阀瓣的热应力对阀瓣密封面的影响,提高了密封性。
热阀瓣用韧性好、强度高、抗冲刷、耐高温的材料制作,热阀瓣如图 -1所示,其优点是当密封面有少量蒸汽漏泄时,漏出的蒸汽降压同时降温。
热阀瓣舌头形状下部温度低于上部温度,舌头部位产生弯曲,后部就翘起,舌头部位紧接触于阀座上,增加了密封比压,提高密封能力。
当介质压力升高,介质作用力与弹簧力相平衡时,漏量无法避免。
漏量增加到一定程度时下调整环上部与热阀瓣下部形成的压力区域内的内压力将随着漏量增加而迅速增加,改变蒸汽对阀瓣的作用力,而使介质有足够的力,克服弹簧力,使阀门启跳,调整下调整环的位置高低,改变压力区域内压力,能得到满意的启跳压力,调整上调整环位置的高低,改变流体对阀瓣的反作用力,能影响阀门启跳高度和影响回座压力,当调整环得不到满意的回座压力时,可调整调整套位置,改变阀瓣背压,就可得到满意的回座压力。

阀门安装使用说明书1、阀门的安装及拆卸的注意事项1.1维护保养和安装使用注意要点一).阀门应放在干燥通风的室内,通径两端须密封防尘;二).长期存放应定期检查,并在加工表面上涂油,防止锈蚀;三).阀门安装前应仔细核对标志是否与使用要求相符;四).安装时应清洁内腔和密封面,检查填料是否压紧,连接螺栓是否均匀拧紧;五).阀门应按照允许的工作位置安装,但须注意检修和操作的方便;1.2其他注意事项:1)阀门一般应在管路安装之前定位。
配管要自然,位置不对不能硬扳,以免留下预应力;2)低温阀门在定位之前应尽量在冷态下(如在液氮中)做启闭试验,要求灵活无卡壳现象;3)液体阀应配置成阀杆与水平成10°倾斜角,避免液体顺着阀杆流出,冷损增加;更主要的是要避免液体触及填料密封面,使之冷硬而失去密封作用,产生泄漏;4)安全阀的连接处应有弯头,避免直接冲击阀门;另外要保证安全阀不结霜,以免工作时失效;5)截止阀的安装应使介质流向与阀体上标示的箭头一致,使阀门关闭时压力加在阀顶的锥体上,而填料不受负荷。
但对不经常启闭而又需要严格保证在关闭状态下不漏的阀门(如加温阀),可有意识地反装,以借助介质压力使之紧闭;6)大规格的闸阀、气动调节阀应该竖装,以免因阀芯的自重较大而偏向一方,增加阀芯与衬套之间的机械磨损,造成泄漏;7)在拧紧压紧螺钉时,阀门应处于微开状态,以免压坏阀顶密封面;8)所有阀门就位后,应再作一次启闭,灵活无卡住现象为合格;9)天气寒冷时,水阀长期闭停,应将阀后积水排除。
汽阀停汽后,也要排除凝结水。
阀底有如丝堵,可将它打开排水。
10)非金属阀门,有的硬脆,有的强度较低,操作时,开闭力不能太大,尤其不能使猛劲。
还要注意辟免对象磕碰。
11)新阀门使用时,填料不要压得太紧,以不漏为度,以免阀杆受压太大,加快磨损,而又启闭费劲。
确认管道上的盲板是否拆掉,以及施工时操作过的阀门要恢复施工前的启闭状态。

该阀在泵运行时还可以作为防虹吸阀。
安全阀上有两个侧孔,没有底孔,在阀门底部有一个箭头指示流向。
操作原理“龙猛”系列安全阀通过抵消吸入惯性和防止工艺压力低于吸入压力时的系统虹吸,在计量泵排出端保持一压力以确保精确计量。
在泵的排出行程,压力作用于隔膜,将其抬离阀座,而使得输送的液体通过。
当泵的排出流量减小到0时(吸入行程),弹簧使隔膜复位,将泵出口和阀门之间的低压液体分开,这就保证了泵出口止回阀上有恒定的正压。
第二节.安装开箱本公司产品由承运人转交至用户,一切在运输过程中发生的损坏用户都应立即通知承运人并索赔。
在正式接收前,仔细检查运输包装,确认在运输过程中没有发生损坏,打开包装,确认所有物品包括附件都完好,数量正确。
安装通常,如果管路中自然压力低于泵出口最小允许压力,在泵的出口管路上应安装安全阀,压力通常为50psi。
安全阀应当安装在泵的排出管路,并且应靠近泵。
但对一些系统,当排放管口径较小而管路较低时,可能需要将安全阀安装在投药点附近。
安全阀的出厂设定压力为50psi(除非另有声明)。
如果需要现场调节,请参照第3节中“安全阀压力设定”。
在泵排出口和安全阀之间设置脉动阻尼器或调压室有助于提高安全阀的性能。
脉动阻尼器将吸收泵的峰值流量,允许阀门在平均开度下运行。
这样安全阀不会在泵排出行程时开大,而在该行程的终了时关闭,隔膜可以保持在平均位置,而不必大开或紧闭。
脉动阻尼器不仅可以大大减小阀门运动部件的磨损,还可以减小输送液体的脉动,改善流体流量特性。
第三节.操作准备工作在启动装有安全阀的系统前,应先确认阀门已设定在合适的压力。
