2.过程与方法：采用做动作等热身活动导入教学，并能根据具体情景进行语言操练。

3.情感态度与价值观：让学生在一定的语言环境中学会用最高级表达句子，体现英语学用结合的特点。

1、be+the+最高级

2、实义动词+最高级

Step 1 Warming up

Step 2 Presentation

1、复习形容词比较级变化规律，同时指出最高级变

化规律其方法与比较级相同，在词尾加上est。

2、Let three students act as Tom,

Jim ,Jack. Leading to the topic

sentences.

①——Who jumps highest, Tom, Jim or Jack?

——Jack jumps highest of the three.

②——Who is the tallest of the three?

——Jack is the tallest of the three.

Teacher asks and answers by oneself some

times. Then teacher asks, let students answer.

③T: Who is the fattest Tom, Jim ,Jack?

S: Tom is the fattest of the three. (师生

操练)

④T: Who is the tallest of the three?

S: Jim is the tallest of the three. (师生操练)

Step 3 Drill

Teacher shows the cards of words.

Let students make sentences.

Let students listen to the tape and read after the tape some times.

重难点及考点巩固性练习形容词的最高级在使用时，前面通常加定冠词the，并有一个短语或从句表示在哪个范围内情况如此。

用所给词的适当形式填空。
