Phase oversampling:相位过采样,在FOV相位编码方向上对称地增加相位编码数,在相位编码方向以虚线表示,图像不显示。
其作用是可以避免卷褶伪影、提高信噪比;但是会增加采集时间。
FoV read:FoV读数,其显示的是FoV中频率编码方向(读出梯度)的大小。
FoV phase:FoV相位,其值是FoV read的一个百分比。
Slice thickness:层厚,决定在层面方向上的范围。
TR:重复时间,即相邻两次激发的间隔时间。
更改TR值会影响对比度及扫描时间。
例如在STIR压脂序列中,TR越长,压脂越弱,对比增加。
多TR时间的序列?TE:回波时间,即激发脉冲与回波采集时的时间间隔。
更改TE值会对图像的权重及信噪比产生影响。
同时可以通过更改多对比得到多TE 取得多回波。
Averages:平均,为重复采集次数,重复的结果由系统决定,可以达到提高信噪比的目的,但扫描时间相应增加。
Concatenations:分次采集,此参数规划了在给定的断层数中需要几个TR时间来完成采集。

To aid in wiring the solenoid on the DCV may be rotated 360°. It is recommended to use 18 AWG copper wire rated at 90°C or greater.Wiring the DCV with DIN connector. See Figure 1.1.Remove center screw and pull wiring assembly from the body.2. Remove gasket and place small screwdriver in slot to pry out the terminal blockfrom the cover.3. Thread wire through the gland nut, gland gasket, washer and connector cover.4. Connect wires to proper terminals on the terminal block.5. Snap terminal block back into the cover. The connector cover may be rotated in90° increments to position the cable entry as needed for the application. Reinstall the center screw and screw back into the solenoid body.MAINTENANCEWarning: To prevent the possibility of death, serious injury or property damage, turn off electrical power, depressurize system and unit, and vent fluid to a safe area before servicing.The DCV/RDCV should be cleaned periodically. The amount of time between cleanings depends on the application. Preventive Maintenance includes keeping media clean of material and oil free, and periodic testing to ensure proper operation and to look for wear or damage. Replacement diaphragm assemblies are available from the factory.OPERATIONSeries DCV includes an integral solenoid and Series RDCV needs to be used with a remote pilot solenoid valve. Both are normally closed valves. When the remote pilot solenoid valve or integral solenoid opens, pressure is released (exhausted)from the top of the diaphragm in the pulse valve. This allows the line pressure on the bottom of the diaphragm to push the diaphragm up and open the main orifice of the pulse valve. When the solenoid then closes the pressure on the bottom and the top of the diaphragm equalize closing the main orifice of the pulse valve.INSTALLATIONWarning:Before installation make sure all air pressure has been released, electric power has been turned off, and air pressure source has been closed. Turn power on and increase pressure only after installation is complete.LOCATIONSelect a location that will not exceed the ambient temperature specifications of the valve. The system must be located in an enclosure that meets relevant safety standards and electrical codes of the environment.MOUNTINGThe DCV/RDCV can be mounted in any position. For optimum life and performance it is recommended that the unit be mounted vertically and upright to reduce the chance of foreign matter accumulating in the valve. For DCV in weatherproof applications it is recommended that the cable gland be positioned face down to avoid possible rainfall or water from entry.PROCESS CONNECTIONSFor DCV/RDCV with coupling connections:1.Connect piping so that pneumatic input is the bottom connection and the outletis the side connection at 90°.2. Stub pipe (blow tube) must be free of burrs, rust, oil, and other debris.3. Disassemble compression fittings and place the retaining nut, retainer, and gasket onto the piping. Make sure that the beveled edge of the gasket faces the valve body.4. Connect fittings to the valve body. Make sure that the pipe is inline with the valveports. Nut and seals are for connection only and should not be used for support purposes.Notes:•Make sure pipes are anchored securely to avoid separation from the valve.• Do not use the valve for leverage when connecting piping.• Do not over-tighten retaining nut or valve damage may result. Tighten retaining nuts just sufficiently for sealing to prevent leakage. This is a gasket seal and does not require excessive turning of the nut.For DCV/RDCV with NPT connections:1.Connect piping so that pneumatic input is the bottom connection and the outletis the side connection at 90°.2.Stub pipe (blow tube) must be free of burrs, rust, oil, and other debris.3. 乳腺癌中LAT1和p-s6的表达及其意义邵波;吴正升;吴强【摘要】Purpose To investigate the expression and significance of type L amino acid transporter 1 (LAT1 ) and phosphorylated s6 ribosomal protein (p-s6) in breast cancer tissues and their correlation. Methods LAT1 protein and p-s6 protein were detected by immunohistochemical EnVision two step method in 178 cases of breast cancer and 78 cases of benign breast lesion, and the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological parameters was analyzed. Results The positive rate of LAT1 in breast cancer was 36.5%, which was significantly higher than that of breast benign lesion tissues (23.1 %, P< 0.05 ), the positive rate of p-s6 in breast cancer tissues was33.2%, which was significantly higher than that of breast benign lesion tissues (12.8%, P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of LAT1 protein and p-s6 protein in breast cancer tissues (r = 0.345, P< 0.05). The expression of LAT1 protein in breast cancer was correlated with tumor diameter, axillary lymph node metastasis, TNM staging and HER-2 level (P< 0.05), but not associated with the patient's age, histological grade, ER, and PR levels (P> 0.05). The expression of p-s6 protein was related to axillary lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, age and ER level (P< 0.05), but not associated with tumor diameter, histological grade, PR and HER-2 levels (P> 0.05 ). Multivariate analysis showed that the expres sion of LAT1 protein was related to tumor diameter and expression level of HER-2. The expression of p-s6 proteinwas related to axillary lymph node metastasis. 1.5T磁共振扫描下在鉴别诊断颞颌关节紊乱综合征中的应用目的:探討1.5T磁共振(MRI)掃描下在鉴别诊断颞颌关节紊乱综合征中的应用。
方法:选取2013年9月-2016年9月期间本院确诊治疗的颞颌关节紊乱综合征患者30例(48个颞颌关节病变),同期选取体检中心20例健康人员(40个颞颌关节),所有患者均给予1.5T的MRI扫描和X线扫描检查,以手术检查或病理学检查或关节造影和内镜检查等结果为对照,统计分析所有研究对象MRI、X线检查颞颌关节情况。
结果:X线扫描检查可显示关节间隙和骨质改变,但对关节盘显像不清晰,其鉴别诊断颞颌关节紊乱综合征的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为83.33%、94.23%、89.00%,MRI扫描检查可清晰显示关节间隙和骨质改变及关节盘及其相关组织的结构状态,其鉴别诊断颞颌关节紊乱综合征的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为95.83%、100%、98.00%,前者的敏感度、准确度明显低于后者,有统计学差异(P<0.05),但两者特异度基本相同,比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。
结论:1.5T的MRI扫描在鉴别诊断颞颌关节紊乱综合征中具有更为良好的敏感性和准确性,且具有无创、图像清晰、操作简单、无辐射等特点,值得临床作进一步推广。
颞颌关节紊乱综合征是临床上常见的疾病之一,可导致运动时关节弹响、下颌运动障碍、疼痛等症状,具有病程长、反复发作的特点,严重影响患者的身体健康[1]。
目前,X线是检查顳颌关节紊乱综合征最常用的方法之一,可有效显示关节结节、髁突、关节间隙等,但对关节盘显示较为模糊,增加鉴别诊断的难度[2]。
有研究显示,随着医疗技术的发展,MRI已逐渐被应用于多种疾病的检查中,可有效显示机体内多种组织或器官,有利于医师更清晰了解疾病病变的情况[3-4]。
对此,本研究通过给予患者1.5T的MRI扫描和X线扫描检查,探讨二者在鉴别诊断颞颌关节紊乱综合征中的应用价值,现报道如下。

前言本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009给出的规则起草。

1 范围本标准规定了糖化血红蛋白的检测和质量保证。
本标准适用于临床实验室及从事流行病学研究的实验室开展糖化血红蛋白的检测,试剂或仪器生产厂商可参照使用。
2 术语和定义下列术语和定义适用于本文件。
2.1分析系统 analytical system适合对某检验项目在规定浓度范围内给出分析结果的一组按规定条件使用的仪器和装置,包括试剂和物品。
注:对于临床检验,分析系统主要由按规定条件使用的仪器、试剂和校准物组成。
2.2验证 verification为给定项目满足规定要求提供客观证据。
注:本文件中的验证主要是指分析系统的验证,即某分析系统在本实验室的性能是否与规定性能指标或厂商提供的性能指标一致。
2.3糖化血红蛋白 Hemoglobin A1c;HbA1c人体血液中葡萄糖与血红蛋白β链N末端缬氨酸残基以共价键结合的稳定的化合物,全称为:血红蛋白β链(血液)-N-(1脱氧果糖1基)血红蛋白β链。
注:为避免混淆,国际专家组织建议,糖化血红蛋H的术语应为HbA1c,在指南或教育资料中可以使用缩写A1C描述糖化血红蛋白。
3 分析方法概述HbA1c是糖化血红蛋白的主要组成成分,占总糖化血红蛋白(glycated Hemoglobin,GHb)的60%,目前临床定量测定及应用的是HbA1c结果。
HbA1c由葡萄糖的游离醛基与HbA的β链N末端缬氨酸的氨基经非酶促结合反应,先形成不稳定的Schiff碱(醛亚胺),然后经过Amadori(葡糖胺)重排,最后形成稳定的酮胺化合物,其含量主要取决于血糖浓度及血糖与血红蛋白的接触时间,可以反映测定前120 d的平均血糖水平,糖化血红蛋白的个体内生物学变异小于2%。

2015年1月,中国非制造业商务活动指数为53.7%,比上月回落0.4个百分点,高于荣枯线3.7个百分点,表明我国非制造业仍保持平稳发展势头。
分行业看,服务业商务活动指数52.9%,比上月回落0.4个百分点,表明服务业业务总量继续保持增长,但增速放缓,其中零售业、电信广播电视和卫星传输服务业等行业商务活动指数位于较高景气区间,企业经营活动比较活跃;房地产业、航空运输业、装卸搬运及仓储业等行业商务活动指数位于临界点以下,业务总量有所减少。
建筑业商务活动指数56.9%,比上月回落0.2个百分点,表明建筑业企业业务总量继续保持增长,但增幅略有收窄。
新订单指数50.2%,比上月回落0.3个百分点,高于临界点,表明非制造业市场需求继续呈增长态势。
分行业看,服务业新订单指数50.2%,比上月上升0.6个百分点,升至临界点以上。
建筑业新订单指数50.4%,比上月回落3.6个百分点,仍高于临界点,市场需求增速回落。
投入品价格指数47.6%,比上月下降2.5个百分点,落至临界点以下,表明非制造业企业用于生产运营的投入品价格总体水平比上月下降。
分行业看,服务业投入品价格指数47.7%,比上月下降2.4个百分点,低于临界点。
建筑业投入品价格指数47.1%,比上月下降2.8个百分点,连续位于临界点以下。
销售价格指数46.9%,比上月下降0.4个百分点,连续7个月位于临界点以下,表明非制造业企业的销售价格总体水平呈回落走势。

中国非制造业PMI指标体系,由商务活动指数、新订单指数、新出口订单指数、在手订单指数、存货指数、投入品价格指数、销售价格指数、从业人员指数、供应商配送时间指数、业务活动预期指数等10个分类指数构成。
由于没有合成的非制造业综合PMI指数,国际上通常用商务活动指数反映非制造业经济发展的总体变化情况,以50%作为经济强弱的分界点,高于50%时,反映非制造业经济扩张;低于50%,则反映非制造业经济收缩。
2.调查范围
涉及《国民经济行业分类》(GB/T4754-2011)中非制造业的27个行业大类,从全国非制造业企业中抽取1200家样本企业进行调查。
3.调查方法
非制造业采购经理调查采用PPS(Probability Proportional to Size)抽样方法,以非制造业行业大类为层,行业样本量按其增加值占全部非制造业增加值的比重分配,层内样本使用与企业主营业务收入成比例的概率抽取。
本调查由国家统计局直属调查队具体组织实施,利用国家统计联网直报系统对企业采购经理进行月度问卷调查。
4.计算方法
非制造业采购经理调查问卷涉及业务总量、新订单(业务需求)、出口、在手订单、存货、投入品价格、销售价格、从业人员、供应商配送时间、业务活动预期等10个问题。
对每个问题分别计算扩散指数,即正向回答的企业个数百分比加上回答不变的百分比的一半。
5.季节调整说明
采购经理调查是一项月度调查,受季节因素影响,数据波动较大。
目前,我国非制造业PMI时间序列已满足季节调整的技术要求,自2012年3月起发布季节调整后的非制造业PMI分类指数。
6.发布时间变更说明
自2015年起,非制造业PMI发布时间由原来的每月3日变更为每月1日;同时,为了使公众更容易理解指标含义,将原“中间投入价格指数”改为“投入品价格指数”,原“收费价格指数”改为“销售价格指数”。
