1.You are going to tell us about a friend who is different from you.

Nancy is my favourite friend. She is a beautiful girl. She smiles friendly. I think it’s her smile that makes her beauty. We live in the same city, and we study in the same university， so that we always stay together, no matter going to classroom or having dinners. She likes salad and beef for lunch. She likes chicken and rice for dinner，but I do like all kinds of meat for all of my main course.I love my friend. We have a happy time.Sting Lewis likes sharing interesting things with others. Such as, she likes telling us her funny stories of her childhood . But she's very shy, and at the same time, I am a outgoing person.I always tells she that she should be more extroverted and learn to talk to others. Under the influence of me, She communicate with others more frequently and she find that it feels so great. She told me that she would be glad to have me as a friend.

2.Would you please describe a time when you were in a dangerous or exciting situation?

Forty-two horses had taken up their position on the starting line for the greatest race of the season. The course was extremely difficult and few horses were expected to finish. All eyes were on the

favourites Sting (马的名字)and Lewis（马的名字）. Both horses had won a great many

races in the past and they had equal chances of winning now.

Though the two horses got off to a good start, it was not long before over half of them were out of the race. As was expected, Sting and Lewis became gradually backward. On a sharp corner,three rider falls, leading to the back of the horse into confusion. As the race progressed, the track became full of horses without riders. Towards the end, there were only three horses left: college boy and sweet seventeen were still leading with an unknown horse, Tom , a very long way behind. The crowd was very disappointed because the riders of both favourite horses failed to keep the saddle. Everybody burst into joy when sting continued but no rider!Tom now took his time and the crowd cheered and applauded as he crossed the finishing line without a rival in sight.

3. What do you think are the secrets of a successful relationship?

A friend is the one who they can ask help from whenever they have trouble. There is an old saying that ―A friend in need is a friend indeed. So a friend would try his best to help others when they are in trouble. Even though he cannot help others, he will encourage them to face the difficulty of life. A friend is the one who can trust and depend upon.I prefer having a real variety of friends. I think it's important just to want to be my friend in a sincere way.

Friendship is extremely important to me. It's like being brothers or sisters, but even more than 'that. I mean, I would do nearly anything for my friend, and I'd expect that he'd do the same for me. If he didn't help me when I was in need, then I would not consider him a good friend. I have a lot of different kinds of friends and there's not really just one type of friend that I am friends with.

4.Could you tell us about an unforgettable party you have been to?

It is an unforgettable party in my life which happened in my high school time.

On a snowy day, owing to a careless slip on my way to school I fell onto the ground, only to find that my feet were seriously hurt. I was told by doctor to lie in bed for one month or so, which deeply frustrated me. Still more disappointedly, my classmate and I had planned a trip to ZhongShan Park to celebrate my birthday the follow Sunday. However, now my plan melted into the air. There was no doubt that I would have a lonely and boring birthday. To my surprise, on the afternoon of my birthday, several classmates turned up in my home with a bunch of flowers and wonderful gifts. We had a merry chat, singing Karaoke（卡拉ok）and playing cards. All of us was bubbling over with enthusiasm.

When they were leaving, they wished me a speedy recovery. I was deeply touched by their thoughtfulness and kindness, and the impressive birthday party will sticky in my mind forever.

5. What are the best and worst meals you have ever had? Describe them to us.
