陶然写自己名字的英语作文
陶然写自己名字的英语作文I have always been fascinated by the art of calligraphy and the beauty that can be captured in the simple act of writing one's name. As I sit here with pen in hand, I am struck by the profound significance that my name holds for me and the unique journey it has taken to become the letters that now grace this page.My name is Tao and it is a name that has been passed down through generations of my family, each person who bore it leaving their own indelible mark upon it. When I write my name, I feel a deep connection to my ancestors, a sense of belonging to a lineage that stretches back through time. Each stroke of the pen is a testament to the legacy that has been entrusted to me, a responsibility that I carry with pride and reverence. As I begin to write, I am mindful of the cultural and historical significance of the characters that make up my name. Tao is a name that is deeply rooted in the rich tapestry of Chinese tradition, a word that encompasses the very essence of the natural world and the principles that govern our existence. In the Chinese language, thecharacter for Tao is a symbol of the way, the path, the fundamental force that guides the universe. When I write my name, I am not simply putting pen to paper – I am invoking the wisdom and harmony of the Tao, the timeless philosophy that has shaped the lives of countless individuals throughout history. Each stroke of the brush or the pen becomes a meditation, a moment of stillness and reflection amidst the chaos of the modern world. But my name is not just a reflection of my cultural heritage – it is also a deeply personal expression of who I am. The way I write my name, the flourishes and the nuances, are a unique manifestation of my own personality, my own experiences, and my own journey through life. In the curves and the angles of the letters, I see the triumphs and the challenges, the joys and the sorrows, that have shaped me into the person I am today. When I write my name, I am not just writing a series of letters – I am writing a story, a narrative that is woven into the fabric of my life. Each time I put pen to paper, I am reminded of the countless times I have signed my name on important documents, the countless times I have scrawled it hastily in the margins of a notebook, the countless times I have carefully crafted it as a form of artistic expression. And as I continue to write my name, to refine and perfect the way it is presented, I am also constantly evolving as a person. My name is not a static thing – it is a living, breathing entity that grows and changes alongside me. With each new experience, each new challenge, each new triumph, my name takes on new meaning, new depth, new significance. In a world that is increasingly dominated by digital forms of communication, the act of writing one's name by hand has become a rare and precious act. It is a form of self-expression that is deeply personal and intimate, a way of leaving a tangible mark on the world that transcends the ephemeral nature of digital media. When I write my name, I am not just creating a series of letters – I am creating a work of art, a unique and beautiful expression of my identity. I am honoring the rich cultural heritage that has been passed down to me, while also carving out my own unique path in the world. As I continue to write my name, to explore the depths of its meaning and the nuances of its form, I am constantly reminded of the power and the beauty that can be found in the simple act of putting pen to paper. It is a practice that grounds me, that centers me, that connects me to the world around me in a way that no other form of expression can.In the end, my name is not just a collection of letters – it is a testament to the richness and complexity of the human experience. It is a reflection of my past, my present, and my future, a constant reminder of the journey that I am on and the legacy that I hope to leave behind. So as I write my name, I do so with a sense of reverence and gratitude, knowing that each stroke of the pen is a small but significant contribution to the tapestry of my life. It is a practice that I will continue to engage in, not just as a means of communication, but as a way of honoring the depth and beauty of my own existence.。

To Begin with My Name
Zhang Siqi(020109068) Class2
As you can see, my name is Siqi, which comes from The Confucian Analects, means study from anyone who is better than you in any respects. Just as my name, everything around us, objectively and subjectively, all is marked by the Confucianism.
Confucianism was founded by Confucius, whose main thought is benevolence, which also is the core of the Confucianism. Later, it was developed by Mencius and Xunzi. Mencius inherited the concept of benevolence from Confucius, developing it into a new theory of benevolent government, while Xunzi inherited the concept of propriety, developing it into a new theory of law and discipline rite. Then in Han Dynasty, Confucianism began to be the dominant philosophy in ancient China, which still influences us a lot today. Emperor Wudi canonized in particular the spirit of great national unity, making it deeply rooted among the people. The next stride was in Song and Ming Dynasties. Confucianism began to renew and transform itself by learning from the theoretical results of Buddhism and Taoism and their methods of self-cultivation. The representative figure is Zhu Xi, whose concept of li actually echoes the Confucian ethical and moral principles. His idea of putting ethical principles over physical desires bears some features of rationalism, but it also has a negative side of suppressing individuality.
Chinese people do not take seriously to religion, and Confucianism without being a religion can take the place of religion. It helped the Chinese form the characteristics of depth, broadness and simplicity, made us sympathetic, polite, and exact. And these philosophical thoughts are still valuable in application today. For instance, it is just the patriotism and collectivism that helped us to get over the Wenchuan Earthquake and other hard times. It’s also helpful for the construction of a stable and cohesive nation. Now, we’re returning to them to build a harmonious society. But there are still many abuses that we cannot evade and must eliminate, like bureaucracy, abide always and too cautious.
In order to survive in the competitive era, we need to eliminate the dross of Confucianism and adapt to the speedy rhythm of the modern world. Also, we’d better inherit in case we will get lost and combine it with the epoch spirit. So, it’s advisable for us to combine the preservation and development of Confucianism. Let Confucianism lead us to a glorious future.。
