期末考试工作的通知

关于期末考试工作的通知关于期末考试工作的通知【1】根据校历安排，20XX年1月21日开始放寒假。

为做好期末各项教学工作，现将有关事宜通知如下：一、考试时间考试由各教学部门安排。

15周及之前结束的课程由各学院、部安排考试时间，在17周之前完成;16周以后结束的课程安排在18—20周，即在20XX年1月2日-20XX年1月18日(共13天)进行考试。

20XX级、20XX级的《大学英语》的考试分别安排在1月7日、8日上午进行， 20XX级的《高等数学》或《微积分》的考试安排在1月11日上午进行，20XX级《教育学》、《心理学》的考试按在1月3日上午进行，20XX级《概率统计》的考试安排在1月4日下午进行，20XX级《毛邓论》的考试安排在1月2日上午进行，20XX级《思想品德》的考试安排在1月4日上午进行，20XX级《计算机基础》的考试安排在1月2、3日进行，20XX级《大学物理》的考试安排在1月8日下午进行。

各班级原则上须有一门课安排在1月17、18日进行。

二、考试组织15周之前结束的课程的考试时间、地点由学院根据本部门的课室情况自行安排(考场安排同期末考试要求相同)，16周以后结束的笔试课程考试地点由考试科统一分配试室，全部设在南区1号教学楼、南区2号教学楼、北区1号教学楼、南区科技楼。

三、命题和评分任课教师出难易相同A、B两份试题(版面设置为16k)，由主管教学的.学院领导签字后，指定一套用作期末考试，由专人于考试前一星期送教务处文印室印制，另一套用作缓考和补考(《大学英语》出A、B卷考试，C卷补考)、每门课程的A、B试题及参考答案均交一份到考试科备案。

期末试卷的装订由各教学部门负责。

公共课和同一门课多个教师授课的课程阅卷原则上采取流水作业、集体阅卷的方式。

试卷评定完毕后，学院必须组织复查，试卷经复查后才能登记成绩和装订。

考试科目的试卷，教务处将提前组织人员对其进行抽查、预测、评价，对不符合要求的试卷将责令重出。
