2.1　适用范围最大设计车速大于或等于50km/h的轻型汽油车、两用燃料车（只试验汽油）、单一气体燃料车、装用压燃式发动机的轻型汽车（包括HEV）。

包括新生产车（型式检验试验、生产一致性检查）和在用车。

2.2　试验要求市区行程和总行程污染物排放均应小于表1和表2中规定的I型试验排放限值与表3中规定的符合性因子（CF）的乘积，计算过程中不得进行修约。
