教具准备教学课件,单词图片,教材,头饰,模型飞机,采访所用麦克风教学过程(一)Listen and say1.导入(1)教师直接切入主题:“Today,we will talk about jobs. I am a teacher. Teacher ismy job. What other jobs do you know?让学生自主说出他们知道的职业类的单词,然后教师利用ppt头脑风暴的方式复习已知的职业类词汇,并通过图片来渗透新授词汇。

(2)与学生谈论其父母的职业,再过度到询问学生将要从事什么职业:“What will you do in the future?”引导学生用“I will be……”来回答。

2.学习对话1(1)观察课本图片教师抛出问题“who are they? Where are they? What are they doing?”(2)第一次播放课件,学生通过视听对话,进一步回答教师问题“What will Mike do in the future?”提示同学重点听取Mike的回答I will be a pilot。

教育目标
①词汇学习:a tailor/making clothes, a writer/writing stories, engineer, build, road, everywhere
②句型学习:将来时will及be going to do的句型,并且学生在原有的知识储备中有关于职业的单词和句型如:teacher, singer, player等,句子: What do you do? / What does he/she do?
I enjoy doing...
教学重点
对未来的想从事职业原因的归纳梳理上。

教学过程
Step 1 warming up
①播放励志电影短片《鼠王料理》简介,讲述一只老鼠想要成为厨师的故事。

②询问学生老鼠的梦想:what will it do in the future?
③询问学生为什么它要成为厨师:why do it want to be a chief?
让学生情感上明白选择职业是因为喜爱。

Step 2 presentation
1)听录音,学课文
听课文回答问题
T: The third time listen to the dialogue and answer:
What do engineers do?
A. design roads and bridges
B. build roads and bridges
C. Both A and B
The correct answer is C
出示路和桥的图片让学生理解Engineers design and build the roads and bridges .
这句话,并学习单词road,以及bridge的发音。

并且以design roads and bridges
build roads and bridges
design and build roads and bridges
Engineers design and build roads and bridges.
这种方式让学生层层深入的读。

之后出示汽车、轮船、飞机、火车的图片让学生说出
Some engineers design ships, cars, planes and trains. So engineers design a lot of things and we can see their work everywhere.
讲解everywhere, in our classroom what is designed by engineers?
S: the chairs, the windows, the projector and so on.
T: So we can see their work everywhere. Here and there
讲解work一词,意思是作品,产品,在这儿的意思就是:cars, ships, trains, planes…
So that’s why Baobao is going to be an engineer.
设计意图:利用北京现代优美的城市面貌的图片,引导学生梳理课文的后半部分内容,对“工程师的工作”进行口语表达训练:在整体输入的基础上,获取细节信息,并通过获取细节信息听音学词。

2)巩固练习(Consolidation and Practice)
活动一:课文对话练习
1. Listen and repeat again.
学生的第四遍听,是逐句的有声输入,让学生大声跟读,注意语音语调的模仿,为后面的有声输出做准备。

2. 第五遍听:Listen and follow the tape.
设计意图:机械练习,注重模仿。

3. Read the dialogue in roles. (pair work)
设计意图:分角色朗读课文让学生再熟悉对话内容,并能同伴互助。

第四步是让学生在了解课文内容的基础上,概括课文内容。

此外,以I am going to be a/an____. I enjoy …的句式结构出现,引导学生初步感知如何介绍自己的愿意从事的职业和理由,为后面完成My resume 奠定基础。

活动二:Retell the text.
Baobao’s parents are __________.
He is going to __________.
He enjoys _______________.
Engineers ____________.
They design ____________and we can _____________.
给学生框架,让学生进行复述。

设计意图:在会读的基础上,试着背诵课文,并将课文进行复述,培养学生灵活的运用语言的能力。

Step 3 homework
观看《鼠王料理》,写读后感。
