1.Project Overview:

XXX (Phase I) is 106.3 kilometers long。with the starting point on the XXX。XXX interchange。XXX。with the XXX。XXX。Kaifeng City。Yanling County。Xuchang City。Fugou County。and Xihua County。Zhoukou City。The project is

designed according to the four-lane expressway standard。with a highway grade of level 1.a design speed of 120 kilometers per hour。and a roadbed width of 28 meters.

本标段路基清理与掘除主要表现在清理现场、砍伐树木、挖出树根工程上。主要数量详见下表：清理现场面积为.97平

方米，需要砍伐4156棵树木和挖除4156棵树根。

施工方案包括测量放样和清表施工。在获得监理工程师许可的情况下，利用推土机、挖掘机及汽车配合，进行场地清理。

本工程的地面清表采用挖掘机和推土机作业，结合人工配合和自卸车运输。施工前，需要清除施工区域内的树木、灌木丛、杂草等，并清理边坡树木、杂草、大型块石等附着物。清表后，作业面应无树木、杂草、淤殖土等附着物，具备边坡土方开挖和修整条件。清表前需要修筑临时排水、挡水工程，疏通排干积水及做好雨季排水工作。对于机械不能清理的部位进行人工清除。清表顺序自上而下进行，采用装载机挖装，不能有效清除的地方需请示业主单位、监理单位同意并参考相关规范。

在清理完毕后，需要对挖除树根造成的坑穴填平压实。对大腐质土开挖的区域换填处理后进行全面碾压，至达到规定压实度为止。路基压实采用单钢轮震动压路机压实，压实前平整度要满足规范要求，减少低洼，防止积水；压实度不小于规范
