烟一级路以东、青威路以南、青龙高速以西、墨水河支流以北，规划面积24万平方公里，其中核心区规划面积为5.2平方公里。

2.施工准备

施工图纸和技术文件已经熟悉并掌握，线路控制点水准点已复核完毕。

清表的施工范围以道路占地红线宽度为准，具体范围详见附表。清表的平面图、横断面图和纵断面图详见附图。

3.施工目标

根据总体工期目标划分，清表阶段的施工工期为7天。

在施工现场设置装料区域，使用机械设备进行装料。

运输装料至清表施工区域，保证运输过程中不会对周边环境造成影响。
