Applied Biosystems 3500/3500 XL遗传分析仪简易操作指南美国应用生物系统公司3500/3500 XL遗传分析仪简易操作指南1 电脑和仪器启动后,待 Daemon,Server Monitor 程序完全启动后,打开 3500 Data Collection 软件,出现 3500 Log In 登录界面,输入用户名和密码,点击“OK”,打开软件。
2 软件主界面如图所示。
耗材的剩余用量耗材的有效日期运行样品1建立新的反应板:登陆3500 Data Collection 软件,进入主界面后,通过 Main workflow()键进入Set up视窗,选择Define Plate Properties 界面建立新的样品反应板,在Name栏输入样品板的名称,如test,其余选项按图示进行设定。
2 输入样本名称,选择相应的Assays,File Name Conventions,Results Groups:样品名称:切换到Assign Plate Contents界面输入样品名称,如在A1栏输入样品名称为1,选中其余目的栏,使用Fill Series功能添加所需样品名称。
设定Assays:根据需要选择Add from Library,或Create New Assay。
对于AB公司试剂而言,所有程序均已经设定好并存放于Library中,因此可以直接点击Add from Library,然后选择相应的Assays。
设定File Name Conventions:根据需要选择Add from Library,或Create New File Name Convention。
设定Results Groups:根据需要选择Add from Library,或Create New File Name Convention。
设定样品的类型:点击Customize Sample Info进行样品类型的设定。

TSI系统调试基本知识本内容将围绕大多数电厂中广泛使用的美国本特利(BENTLY)公司生产的振动检测系统3500为模版,全面讲述系统安装、组态、调试过程及调试中常见问题的处理。
第一节 TSI系统硬件基本知识3500系统能提供连续、在线监测功能,适用于机械保护应用,并为早期识别机械故障提供重要的信息。
该系统高度模块化的设计主要包括:见下图:系统的工作流程是:从现场取得的传感器输入信号提供给3500监测器框架内的监测器和键相位通道,数据被采集后,与报警点比较并从监测器框架送到一个地方或多个地方处理。
3500框架中模件的共同特征是带电插拔和内部、外部接线端子。
任何主模件(安装在3500框架前端)能够在系统供电状态中拆除和更换而不影响不相关模块的工作,如果框架有两个电源,插拔其中一块电源不会影响3500框架的工作。
外部端子使用多芯电缆(每个模块一根线)把输入\输出模块与终端连接起来,这些终端设备使得在紧密空间内把多条线与框架连接起来变的非常容易,内部端子则用于把传感器与输入\输出模块直接连接起来。
外部端子块一般不能与内部端子输入/输出模块一起使用。
1、3500/05系统框架3500框架用于安装所有的监测器模块和框架电源。
它为3500各个框架之间的互相通讯提供背板通讯,并为每个模块提供所要求的电源。
3500框架有两种尺寸:1 全尺寸框架——19英寸EIA框架,有14个可用模块插槽2 迷你型框架——12英寸框架,有7个可用模块插槽电源和框架接口模块必须安装于最左边的两个插槽中。
其余14个框架位置(对与迷你型框架来说是其余7个位置)可以安装任何模块。
2、3500/15电源模块3500 电源是半高度模块,必须安装在框架左边特殊设计的槽口内。
3500 框架可装有一个或两个电源(交流或直流的任意组合)。
其中任何一个电源都可给整个框架供电。
如果安装两个电源,第二个电源可做为第一个电源的备份。
当安装两个电源时,上边的电源作为主电源,下边的电源作为备用电源,只要装有一个电源,拆除或安装第二个电源模块将不影响框架的运行。

GEM Premier 3500操作维护规程1 目的为GEM Premier 3500仪器使用提供指导,包括以下内容:分析包插入,样本采集,质量控制,校准确认品取样(用于智能化质量管理分析包) ,校准,分析包更换,仪器清洗和维护。
2 范围适用于生化室经授权的检验技术人员,维修保养人员和外来的参观学习人员。
3 样品类型,采集和处理标准3.1患者状态3.1.1采集血样之前,确保病人呼吸平稳。
动脉穿刺引起的焦虑可以导致通气过度,通气过度会显著改变血气检测值。
使病人放心并和病人建立良好的关系可以帮助病人放松。
局部麻醉也可以用于减轻动脉穿刺带来的疼痛和焦虑。
3.1.2使用呼吸机或者接受辅助供氧的病人,至少应在呼吸机参数或吸氧浓度百分数改变20分钟之后再采集血样。
3.2采样部位选择适当的动脉血标本采样部位应包括以下标准:3.2.1存在侧支血流3.2.2血管易于触到3.2.3动脉周围组织不敏感3.2.4腕关节处的桡动脉完全符合上述标准,经常用来采集动脉血。
其他临床上用于采集动脉血的还有肘部的肱动脉以及股动脉。
3.2.5虽然通常血气分析都推荐用动脉血,但是如果采集得当,毛细血管血也可以用,毛细血管血的采集部位最常用的是足跟,手指和耳垂。
注意:组织液可能影响红细胞压积和电解质结果。
3.2.6静脉血标本,通常采集自肘窝静脉,可以提供有关pH 值,二氧化碳分压,电解质和红细胞压积的可靠信息,但是并不能用来进行氧气分析。
3.2.7混合静脉血标本可以通过肺动脉导管采集。
采样前,导管死腔容积应该注入液体清洗。
动脉采样时,血必须非常缓慢的由导管抽出,防止含氧充足的肺毛细血管血与混合静脉血回流混合。
3.2.8全血标本最常采集桡动脉或肱动脉血,操作根据动脉穿刺操作指导。
采集动脉化毛细血管床的毛细血管血可以用,但是必须提请注意。
过多的组织液会严重影响电解质水平。
来自肺部的混合静脉血也可联合血氧饱和度测定仪用来测定耗氧量。
3.2.9当样本进入之后,仪器的输出指示带会详细说明标本类型。
