集装箱的运输专业术语集装箱货物装箱方式,根据集装箱货物装箱数量和方式可分为整箱和拼箱两种。

(1)整箱(FCL)是指货方自行将货物装满整箱以后,以箱为单位托运的集装箱。

这种情况在货主有足够货源装载一个或数个整箱时通常采用,除有些大的货主自己置备有集装箱外,一般都是向承运人或集装箱租赁公司租用一定的集装箱。

空箱运到工厂或仓库后,在海关人员的监管下,货主把货装入箱内、加锁、铝封后交承运人并取得站场收据,后凭收据换取提单或运单。

(2)拼箱(LCL)是指承运人(或代理人)接受货主托运的数量不足整箱的小票货运后,根据货类性质和目的地进行分类整理。

把去同一目的地的货,集中到一定数量拼装入箱。

由于一个箱内有不同货主的货拼装在一起,所以叫拼箱。

这种情况在货主托运数量不足装满整箱时采用。

拼箱货的分类、整理、集中、装箱(拆箱)、交货等工作均在承运人码头集装箱货运站或内陆集装箱转运站进行。

集装箱货物交接方式集装箱货运分为整箱和拼箱两种,因此在交接方式上也有所不同,纵观当前国际上的做法,大致有以下四类:(1)整箱交,整箱接(FCL/FCL)货主在工厂或仓库把装满货后的整箱交给承运人,收货人在目的地以同样整箱接货,换言之,承运人以整箱为单位负责交接。

货物的装箱和拆箱均由货方负责。

(2)拼箱交、拆箱接(LCL/LCL)货主将不足整箱的小票托运货物在集装箱货运站或内陆转运站交给承运人,由承运人负责拼箱和装箱(Stuffing,Vanning)运到目的地货站或内陆转运站,由承运人负责拆箱(Unstuffing,Devantting),拆箱后,收货人凭单接货。

货物的装箱和拆箱均由承运人负责。

(3)整箱交,拆箱接(FCL/LCL)货主在工厂或仓库把装满货后的整箱交给承运人,在目的地的集装箱货运站或内陆转运站由承运人负责拆箱后,各收货人凭单接货。

(4)拼箱交,整箱接(LCL/FCL)货主将不足整箱的小票托运货物在集装箱货运站或内陆转运站交给承运人。

General1.1 Operational EnvironmentThe container will be designed and constructed for the transportation of general cargo on sea (above or under deck) and on land (road or rail) throughout the world, and will be suitable for the environmental conditions imposed by those modes of transport. The outer side faces of the corner fittings will protrude from the outside faces of the side walls by nominal 7 mm and from the outside faces of the front end wall by 8 mm.3) For the containers under the condition such as the load equal to 1.8R-T is uniformlydistributed over the floor, no part of the container base will deflect by more than 6 mm below the lower faces of the bottom corner fittings.6. Construction6.1 GeneralThe container will be constructed with steel frames, fully vertically corrugated steel side and end walls, die-stamped corrugated steel roof, wooden flooring, corrugated double hinged doors and ISO corner fittings at eight corners. All steelworks will be built up by means of automatic and semi-automatic CO2 gas arc welding (MAG welding). All exterior weldings including that on base structure will be continuous to give perfect watertightness. All the welds, even spots, will have full penetration without undercutting or porosity.6.1.1 Welding operations and electrodes will be to classification requirement.All contaminants such as water, mill scale, rust, oil, grease, dirt and paint etc. impairing the quality of the welding seam will be removed before welding.6.1.2 All welds shall be exempt of slags, cracks, undercuts, lack of penetration and fusion,including porosity etc. prior to blasting. Weld spatters must be removed and weld areas are to be blasted as per “ Abrasive Blasting ” and “ Surface Roughness”.6.1.3 The welding between the corner posts and the rails shall be continuous single welding.6.1.4 The external welding between the corner posts and the front/side panels shall becontinuous welding and the internal welding shall be as following:The continuous welding shall be 150MM from the top and 150MM from the bottom.The intermediate ”tack welding” shall be 25mm in every 250MM.6.1.5 Welding penetration at connection point between side/front panels and frame should beMin.90%, between panels should be Min.95%.6.1.6 The tensile strength of the welding rod will be equal to or higher than 490 N/mm2 .6.2 Corner FittingsCorner fittings will be designed in accordance with ISO/1161 standard, and manufactured at the workshops approved by the classification society. Steel Cover of corner fittings used on both ends to prevent floor to be cracked.6.3 Base FrameThe base frame will be composed of two (2) bottom side rails, a number of crossmembers and a gooseneck tunnel, which are welded together as a sub-assembly.6.3.1 Bottom Side RailEach bottom side rail is built of a steel pressing made in one piece. These heads of the floor screws are countersunk below the level of the upper surface of the floor by 2.0 mm to 2.5 mm. Preservation7.1 Surface Preparation of the Steelwork1) All the steel surface prior to forming or after will be degreased and shot blasted toSwedish Standard SA 2.5 to obtain the surface roughness at 25 to 35 microns which can result in the removement of all the rust, dirt, mill scale and all other foreign materials.2) Locking rod assemblies, which are welded with gear cams, bars holder and handlehinges, are hot-dipping galvanized (thickness : 75 microns).3) All fasteners such as bolts / nuts, washers, self-tapping screws, which are notmentioned in this Spec. will be electro zinc plated to 13 microns.4) Sealant for jointsEach perimeter of the floor, all the overlapped joints of inside, all the holes for bolts and nuts and all the places where may leak water will be sealed to prevent water entry. 海运基础知识Basic Sea Transport Knowledge一、集装箱种类及规格Kinds and sizes of container1.普通集装箱,又称干货集装箱(dry container / general purpose)Ordinary container, or dry container这种集装箱占集装箱总数的70 ~ 80%。

This kind of containers take 70-80% of the total amount2.冷冻集装箱(reefer container)分外置和内置式两种。

温度可在-28℃ ~ +26℃之间调整。

内置式集装箱在运输过程中可随意启动冷冻机,使集装箱保持指定温度;而外置式则必须依靠集装箱专用车、船和专用堆场、车站上配备的冷冻机来制冷。

T here’re external and internal settings. The temperature could be adjusted between -28℃-26℃. The internal container could start refrigerator at any time during the transportation to keep the container at designated temperature. The external container must be refrigerated by refrigerator equipped on container carrier, ship, container yard or station.3.开顶集装箱(open top container)这种集装箱没有箱顶,装运时用防水布覆盖顶部。

适合于装载体积高大的物体,如玻璃板。

T here’s no top at this container, water-proof cover shall be used to cover the top during loading. It’s fit for loading big volume objects, for instance, glass plate.4.框架集装箱(flat rack container)没有箱顶和两侧。
