一、请打印或用黑笔逐项填写，不够之处可自附另页。Please print or

write in black ink. If there is not enough space to provide all the necessary

information, attach to this form a separate sheet of paper with further details.二、合作PI必须是我室固定成员，有关内容应与合作PI协商一致。

The collaborator should be a tenure scientist in our lab.

三、申请方向指围绕实验室主要研究任务而制定的研究方向；具体

研究方向请参考每年度的开放课题申请通知。

The fields refer to the specific tasks outlined annually. The details can be found in the Open Research Program Notification.

四、开放课题每年集中受理，请于每年11月20日前将下年度申请表

的纸质版送至或邮寄至实验室。

The application for the next year should be mailed to our lab by 20 Nov every

year.

五、申请表一式二份。
