中海社区O2O存在的问题及对策研究

- I - 摘要

近年来,随着全球互联网技术的不断升级,移动互联正在走入千家万户。人们的生活方式的改变,传统物业服务模式已经不能满足大多数消费者的要求。物业服务企业正在面临着巨大的冲击,亟待寻求一条发展之路。在电子商务细分到社区服务之后,社区O2O也因此应运而生,社区O2O涵盖的服务领域很多,包括社区咨询服务、家庭生鲜产品的采购、家政家教服务的提供和食物外卖等,都可以通过社区O2O来实现。作为传统意义上劳动力密集型行业,如何利用互联网时代的机遇,做好社区物业服务,成为众多物业企业思考的问题。

本文就当前物业服务企业O2O的发展现状,以中海物业O2O平台悦居中海App为例,来归纳目前物业服务企业O2O管理存在的普遍性问题,从而提出一些富有参考价值的对策建议。通过本论文的研究,明确物业服务企业O2O管理的特点、难点,结合具体案例,总结中海物业悦居中海App管理存在的问题,提出相应的发展对策,也为其他物业服务企业的O2O管理发展提供一些借鉴。

Abstract

In recent years, with the escalation of the global Internet technology, the mobile Internet is into millions of households. People's lifestyle changes, traditional property services model has been unable to meet the requirements of most consumers. Property services companies are facing a huge impact, urgently seeking a development path. After the e-commerce segment to community service, community O2O also came into being, the service areas covered by many community O2O, including community advisory services, procurement of fresh household products, home tutoring service delivery, take-away food, etc., can through community O2O to achieve. As a traditionally labor-intensive industries, how to take advantage of the opportunities the Internet age, do community property services, as many companies think about the property.

In this paper, the current status of the development of property services companies O2O to the sea Property O2O platform Wyatt center sea App for example, to summarize the current issue of universality property services company O2O Management, which put forward some suggestions wealthy reference value. By studying this paper, clear property services companies O2O management features, difficulties, combined with the specific case, the summary sea Property Wyatt center sea App management problems, the corresponding development countermeasures for O2O manage the development of other property management companies to provide some reference.
