•教师准备好的物品，如球、书、饮料等。

教学步骤Step 1 Revision1.教师展示一些物品供学生们描述物品的大小和重量。

【学情分析】1. 本模块教材内容主要是学会描述事物的特征，发现其优缺点，选出适合自己的物品或表达自己对事物的看法。

这些与我们的生活息息相关，实用意义很大，相信学生们会很感兴趣，将英语学习融入生活。

2. 现在大部分学生对待事物有自己独特的见解，喜欢彰显个性。

因此，教师可充分利用这一特点，将本课学习内容与生活中的话题相结合，开展“Free Talk”，让学生自由畅谈，调动学生的积极性，提高口语表达能力。

3. 五年级学生已具备用简单的话语描述事物的能力，如“It’s…”。

【教学重难点】重点：掌握四会单词：light, umbrella, easy, take会说句型：It’s big and light. It’ll be easy for you.难点：用句型“It's...”描述各种事物的特征。
