摘要

维C银翘片是常用治疗感冒的OTC药品，源于银翘散方，处方中增加维生素C、对乙酰氨基酚和马来酸氯苯那敏等西药，具有辛凉解表，清热解毒的功效，临床常用于流行性感冒引起的发热头痛，咳嗽口干，咽喉疼痛等症。维 C银翘片中的主要有效成分是维生素C及对乙酰氨基酚，二者的含量多少直接影响治疗效果。通过对五个厂家维C银翘片的质量抽查，检测维C银翘片中对乙酰氨基酚的溶出速率及溶出度，维生素C含量，片剂的硬度及崩解时限，分析了维C银翘片的质量状况。结果显示：五个厂家的产品，各种测定指标存在差异。实验结果表明：由于各厂家生产情况不同，同一产品的质量存在差别。分析质量差别原因，完善药品标准制定方法，对产品质量提高具有重要意义。

Abstract

Vitamin C Yinqiao tablets which is OTC medicines is commonly used in the treatment of cold. The drug is from the side of Yinqiaosan to which vitamin C, paracetamol and chlorpheniramine maleate are added as western medicines. The medicine can clear away heat and toxic efficacy and can be clinically used in heat-induced headache, dry cough, sore throat and so on. Due to taking effect fast, the drug is used clinically for more than 10 years. The drug is very popular among families, because it is cheap and effective. The main active ingredients of Vitamin C Yinqiao are vitamin C and acetaminophen, so they have direct impact on the quality of the drug. By quality checks on five manufacturers which produce Vitamin C Yinqiao tablets, testing acetaminophen dissolution and dissolution rate, vitamin C content, tablet hardness and disintegration time limit, these quality differences can be analyed clearly. The results show that: among the five manufacturers of products, the various measured indicators are very different from each other. The experimental results show that: because manufacturers are different, the quality of the same product is also different. Through the analysis to the reasons for differences in the quality , the standard-setting method of drugs can be improved, which is very significant to the quality of the drug.
