Vor einer Erstinstallation des Betriebssystems auf dem MC-Rechner mussebenfalls ein Update der BIOS-Firmware durchgeführt werden.Diskette für das BIOS-Update am MC-Rechner mit CPU076 erstellen:→Legen Sie die DVD für die SW-Version 603.01 in das DVD-Laufwerk eines Rechners mit DVD- und Disketten-Laufwerk ein.→Legen Sie eine formatierte Diskette (3,5", 1,44MB) in das Disketten-Laufwerk ein.→Öffnen Sie im Explorer auf der DVD das Verzeichnis "BIOS-Images".→Doppelklicken Sie auf die selbst-extrahierende EXE-Datei "CPU076_BIOS_Update.exe" und folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.→Entfernen Sie nach Beendigung des Schreibvorgangs die Diskette und die DVD aus den Laufwerken.BIOS-Update am MC-Rechner mit CPU076 durchführen:Hinweis:Stellen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten sicher, dass im BIOS in der Boot-Reihenfolge dieDiskette an erster Stelle steht, damit der Rechner von Diskette gebootet werden kann.→Legen Sie die erstellte Diskette in das Disketten-Laufwerk des MC-Rechners ein und booten Sie ihn von der Diskette, indem Sie die Maschine einschalten. Das BIOS-Update wird jetzt automatischvorgenommen.→Entfernen Sie nach Beendigung des Vorgangs die Diskette aus dem Laufwerk und führen Sie mit der Tastenkombination <Ctrl><Alt><Del> einen Warmstart des MC-Rechners durch.9 von 18CD für das BIOS-Update am MC-Rechner mit CPU086 erstellen:→Legen Sie die DVD für die SW-Version 603.01 in das DVD-Laufwerk eines Rechners mit DVD- und CD-RW-Laufwerk ein.→Legen Sie eine leere CD-R in das CD-RW-Laufwerk ein.→Öffnen Sie im Explorer auf der DVD das Verzeichnis "BIOS-Images".→Öffnen Sie die Image-Datei "CPU086_BIOS_Update.iso" mithilfe des installierten Brennprogramms und folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.→Entfernen Sie nach Beendigung des Brennvorgangs die CD und DVD aus den Laufwerken.BIOS-Update am MC-Rechner mit CPU086 durchführen:Hinweis:Stellen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten sicher, dass im BIOS in der Boot-Reihenfolge die CD-ROM an erster Stelle steht, damit der Rechner von CD gebootet werden kann.→Legen Sie die erstellte CD in das extern am MC-Rechner angeschlossene DVD-Laufwerk ein und booten Sie ihn von der CD, indem Sie die Maschine einschalten. Das BIOS-Update wird jetztautomatisch vorgenommen.→Entfernen Sie nach Beendigung des Vorgangs die CD aus dem Laufwerk und führen Sie mit der Tastenkombination <Ctrl><Alt><Del> einen Warmstart des MC-Rechners durch.10 von 183.3 Automatische BIOS-Einstellungen am MC-Rechner (optional)Für die BIOS-Einstellungen am MC-Rechner muss für den MC eine entsprechende Setup-CD (siehe Tabelle 3-1) erstellt werden. Hierzu benötigen Sie einen Rechner mit Windows XP, der über ein DVD- und CD-RW-Laufwerk verfügt.Die zur Erstellung erforderlichen Dateien (siehe Tabelle 3-1) sind auf der DVD für die SW-Version 603.01 im Verzeichnis "BIOS-Images" abgelegt.Maschinencontroller Rechnertyp BIOS-Einstellungen ISO-ImageSMP16-CPU086 CPU086_SR_MC_BIOS_Settings.iso SIMATIC Microbox 420 CPU420_MC_BIOS_Settings.isoSIMATIC Box PC 627 CPU627_SR_MC_BIOS_Settings.isoSMP16-CPU076 CPU076_MC_BIOS_Settings.iso Tabelle 3-1: Dateien zur Erstellung der Datenträger für die BIOS-Einstellungen am MC3.3.1 Setup-CD für erstellen für die BIOS-Einstellungen am MC-Rechner→Legen Sie eine leere CD-R in das CD-RW-Laufwerk ein.→Legen Sie die DVD für die SW-Version 603.01 in das DVD-Laufwerk ein.→Öffnen Sie im Explorer auf der DVD das Verzeichnis "BIOS-Images".→Öffnen Sie die Image-Datei für den entsprechenden Rechnertyp (siehe Tabelle 3-1) mithilfe desinstallierten Brennprogramms und folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm.→Entfernen Sie nach Beendigung des Brennvorgangs die CD und DVD aus den Laufwerken.3.3.2 BIOS-Einstellungen am MC-Rechner durchführen (optional)Die erforderlichen BIOS-Einstellungen befinden sich auf der Setup-CD für den jeweiligen Rechnertyp (siehe Abschnitt 3.3, Tabelle 3-1), mit deren Hilfe die BIOS-Einstellungen durchgeführt werden.Hinweis:Stellen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten sicher, dass im BIOS in der Boot-Reihenfolge die CD-ROM an erster Stelle steht, damit der Rechner von CD gebootet werden kann.Vorgehensweise:→Legen Sie die Setup-CD, die Sie für den entsprechenden Rechnertyp erstellt haben (siehe Abschnitt3.3.1) in das extern am MC-Rechner angeschlossene DVD-Laufwerk ein.→Schalten Sie die Maschine ein, um den MC-Rechner von CD zu booten bzw. führen Sie bei bereits eingeschalteter Maschine einen Restart des MC-Rechners durch.→Folgen Sie den Anweisungen am Bildschirm zu den BIOS-Einstellungen.→Stellen Sie, wenn keine weiteren Aktionen am MC-Rechner durchgeführt werden sollen, nach Beendigung der BIOS-Einstellungen den Ausgangszustand wieder her (siehe Abschnitt 3.5).3.4 Installation des Maschinencontroller-Betriebssystems Windows XPEmbedded3.4.1 InstallationsablaufHinweis:Stellen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten sicher, dass im BIOS in der Boot-Reihenfolge die CD-ROM an erster Stelle steht, damit der Rechner von DVD gebootet werden kann.→Legen Sie die Installations-DVD für das Betriebssystem Windows XP Embedded (siehe Abschnitt2.1) in das extern am MC-Rechner angeschlossene DVD-Laufwerk ein.→Schalten Sie die Maschine ein, um den MC-Rechner von DVD zu booten bzw. führen Sie bei bereits eingeschalteter Maschine einen Restart des MC-Rechners durch.Nach automatischer Überprüfung des Systems wird die Sprachauswahl angezeigt.Deutsch1Englisch2→Wählen Sie mit den Cursortasten die die gewünschte Sprache für die Installation aus und bestätigen Sie die Auswahl mit <ENTER>.Die Wiederherstellungsoptionen werden jetzt angezeigt.1 Nur Systempartition wiederherstellen2 Festplatte komplett wiederherstellenAbbruch3→Wählen Sie die Option 2 "Festplatte komplett wiederherstellen" aus und bestätigen Sie die Auswahl mit <ENTER>.→Bestätigen Sie die Sicherheitsabfrage, ob die Aktion wirklich ausgeführt werden soll, mit "Ja".Das Betriebssystem wird installiert und anschließend der Rechner automatisch neu gestartet.Nach kurzer Zeit werden die Meldung "Restore beendet" und die Aufforderungen zum Entfernen des Datenträgers und zum Neustarten des Rechners angezeigt.→Entfernen Sie die Installations-DVD aus dem DVD-Laufwerk und starten Sie den Rechner neu.→Warten Sie, bis das Anmeldefenster angezeigt wird und melden Sie sich dann als Administrator an.Nach der Anmeldung werden einige Einstellungen und Installationen selbsttätig durchgeführt.Anschließend wird der Rechner automatisch neu gestartet. Nach dem Neustart erfolgt die Anmeldung ebenfalls automatisch als "Operator".Nach weiteren selbsttätig durchgeführten Einstellungen wird das folgende Fenster angezeigt, in dem bestätigt wird, dass die Installation von Windows XP Embedded auf dem MC-Rechner fertig gestellt ist.→Betätigen Sie eine beliebige Taste um das Fenster zu schließen.Die Einstellungen für die Anzeigeeigenschaften müssen jetzt noch überprüft und bei Bedarf geändert werden.Anzeigeeigenschaften ändern→Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf eine freie Stelle des Desktops und wählen Sie aus dem Menü die Option Properties.→Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Screen Saver.→Wählen Sie in der Liste der "Screen Saver" (None) aus.→Bestätigen Sie die Einstellungen mit OK.→Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Power….→Stellen Sie unter "Settings for Presentation power scheme" alle Optionen auf Never.→Bestätigen Sie die Einstellungen mit OK.→Klicken Sie auf die Registerkarte Settings.→Stellen Sie den Schieberegler für "Screen resolution" auf "1024 by 768 pixels".→Bestätigen Sie die Einstellungen mit OK.3.5 Ausgangszustand wiederherstellen→Entfernen Sie die Installations-DVD bzw. 由于各灯的晶振频率并不是绝对相等的,因此,如果不加控制任其运行,则长时间后会出现不同步的现象。
本软件提供了“多机同步”的功能。
注意事项:1、实际使用中,各灯开机时间往往有差别,这会导致一开始就可能不同步。
此时请变换一下相应的控台推杆的值(比如从20 改为0 再改回20),即可达到同步。
完成此步后,如果前几分钟是同步的,那么长时间运行后也应该是同步的。
2、当连接到控台时,同步控制功能会不断校正时间、统一步调,此时会造成屏幕轻微抖动。
这只是视觉上的缺陷,并不影响功能。
事实上,这个现象反而很有实用价值:我们可以根据屏幕是否抖动判断是否启用了“多机同步”以及该功能是否正在起作用。
3、软件是依赖于硬件的。
如果您使用本软件却仍不能同步,首要原因可能是该灯的晶振频率偏差过大,其次可能是您所用的控台比较特殊。
1.2.屏幕保护功能菜单下30 秒内没有按键操作,则进入屏保状态。
(设置菜单无屏保状态。
)当处于屏保状态时,按下任意键然后松开,退出屏保状态。
1.3.信号提示在从机状态下,如果没有接收到来自控台或主机的控制信号,则屏幕以闪烁的方式显示。
注意:在屏幕闪烁时(即“线路连接不正确”时),即使达到屏保时间,也不会进入屏保状态。
如果之前已经是屏保状态,那么将自动退出屏保状态。
之所以要“闪烁时不屏保”,目的是为了帮助我们快速地判断线路连接有无问题。
1.4.控台延时对控台推杆的上推和下拉并不会立即导致灯光骤然变亮或变暗,而是具有一个较柔和的渐变过程(大约 1 秒)。

Also, make sure that you have the Dell Systems Management Tools and Documentation DVD that is included with your system.Installation Procedure1.In the CMC web interface, click Chassis Overview, and then click Update.2.On the Firmware Update page, in the CMC Firmware section, select the required componentsunder the Update Targets column for the CMC or CMCs (if a standby CMC is present) you want to update, and then click Apply CMC Update.3.In the Firmware Image box, type the path to the firmware image file on the management stationor shared network, or click Browse to browse through to the file location. The default name ofthe CMC firmware image file is vrtx_cmc.bin.4.Click Begin Firmware Update, and then click Yes. They are to be provided by the user.■MODEL NO.Confirm Model No. marking on the product to be exactly what you ordered.POINTS OF CAUTION■CONFORMITY WITH EU DIRECTIVES AND UK LEGISLATION • This equipment is suitable for Pollution Degree 2 and Measurement Category II (Full-open/-closed signal, tran-sient voltage 1500V). Reinforced insulation (Full-open/-closed signal to other, power or metallic housing: 125V) is maintained. Be sure to allow at least 15 cm (6 inches)clearance above the cover.■OUTDOOR USE• When installing the MSP outdoor or where it is exposed to rain or water drops, be sure to fasten the cable connec-tor tightly and give some slack to the cable.• Do not mount the MSP in such a direction that the output stem or cable connector faces upward.■nal lines are not isolated. Use an isolator, if needed.• When wiring the unit using a cable longer than the standard 1-meter cable equipped to the non-terminal box model, use shielded cables for signal line, or install signal cables in a separate duct/pipe from power supply cables. ■LIGHTNING SURGE PROTECTION• In order to protect the unit from lightning surges enter-ing through cables, use of appropriate lightning surge protectors are recommended. For 24V DC power supply line, choose a surge protector with its maximum surge voltage 40V or less between lines.Recommended M-System model: MDP-D24. ■PID CONTROLLER• Choose PID parameters carefully so that the MV remains as stable as possible. Unstable control shortens the life of actuator and valve. ■O-RING, PACKING• When replacing the actuator cover after adjustments,check that the O-ring is securely placed in the groove.• When replacing the terminal box cover, check that the packing is properly applied.056 222 38 18SEN TRONIC AG■YOKE DESIGN• When a foreign object is caught in the valve, a thrust 4 times greater than the maximum rating could be gener-ated. Leave enough strength for mechanical components such as the yoke and the valve stem.• If the MSP is used in an application such as temperature control of a steam line, the temperature can rise higher than the ambient temperature due to heat conducted or radiated from the piping even when the ambient temper-ature is within an allowable range.U se a longer yoke to increase heat dissipation and apply insulating material.■AND ....• DO NOT loosen the screw fixing the potentiometer lever. Loosening it could cause a malfunction.• DO NOT step onto the actuator.• DO NOT allow a heavy object to rest on or against the actuator.PROTECTIVE FUNCTIONS■OVERLOAD (LOCK) PROTECTIONThe MSP is equipped with a protection circuit against over-load caused by, for example, valve catching an alien sub-stance.When an overload is detected, the MSP stops supplying power to the motor and the status LED blinks at 0.5 sec. intervals.The protection can be reset by applying an input signal to move the output stem in the opposite direction, or turning power off and restarting.If the overload (lock) protection is activated too often, check for the presence of foreign matter in the valve, inappropri-ate adjustments, excessive tightening of the valve gland, or other possible causes of the overload.Be sure to remove the cause of overload in order to avoid shortening the life of the product.■FUSEA fuse is equipped for protection against overload current. Ensure that the power LED turns on as the power supply is turned on. If the power LED remains off, check to see if the fuse is melted. Replace the melted fuse with a new one.I f the new fuse is melted again soon after replacement, there may be problems with the control PCB or the motor. Consult M-System or sales representative.■RESTARTING TIMERThe MSP is equipped with a timer circuit for setting a time interval (0 – 10 sec.) between stop-restart actions to prevent the motor and other internal components from overheating. It is recommended to set the restarting timer longer when the ambient temperature and/or the temperature of flow material is high.The restarting timer is factory-set to 1.5 sec.COMPONENT IDENTIFICATIONFigure 1. Be sure to remove power supply except when needed.1) Supply power voltage to the MSP and apply 0% (100% for direct action) input signal to move the output stem to its fully extended position.2) Set the valve stem at its lowest position.3) Attach the yoke to the MSP .4) Screw the valve stem into the output stem un-til there is little opening between them. For applying a sealing pressure, refer to Table 4 and screw it until the opening equals the contraction (e.g. 0.5 mm for MSP4-x3) that corresponds to the sealing pres-sure.5) Fix the both stems with a lock nut.6) Supply power voltage to the MSP and apply ap-prox. 50% input signal, and ensure that the gap be-tween the yoke and the valve bonnet has been closed. Fix the yoke and the valve.7) Connect the position indicator and other components as needed.Note: When mounting an MSP6 unit (24V AC model) usingM-Systems’s yoke set (model:YSS, for Japan sales only), refer to Instruction Manual (NM-4893) of theyoke set for the installation procedure.Figure 7. Use a small-sizedscrewdriver and be sure to stop turning as soon as theyhit the stoppers.■ADJUSTMENT PROCEDUREA) Zero and Span• Supply power voltage to the MSP and apply 0% [100%] input. Turn Zero adjuster to adjust the lower-end or fully-extended position of the output stem (valve stem retracted) to a desired position. Alternatively, adjust the connecting section of the stems. For applying a sealing pressure, refer to Table 4 and screw it until the opening equals the contraction that cor-responds to the sealing pressure.• While applying 100% [0%] input, turn the Span adjuster until the output stem reaches a desired upper-end or ful-ly-retracted position (valve stem extended).F or three-way valves, the sealing pressure can be applied also in the direction in which the output stem goes up*2. Refer to the procedure for Zero adjustment.• While applying 0% [100%] input again, check that the output stem reaches the fully-extended position. If the position is shifted, go through the above procedure again.Note 1: T he MSP is designed so as to minimize an influence of Span adjustment on the Zero position.That is, the lower-end position of the output stem ishardly displaced when Span adjuster is manipulated. Note 2: N arrower stroke is more likely to cause huntingi.e. the motor frequently changes rotation direction.Adjust Deadband in such a case.*2. The printed circuit board outline is marked green in the following figure:PCB outlineR 2.5mmFigure 3.1 Board dimensions and position of mounting holesMaximum board height (without mating connectors and cable looms) is about 10mm (approx. 6mm above printed circuit board level).3.1.1Board mounting considerationsThe board offers two mounting holes for M2.5 screws (both holes with 2.6mm diameter). Both mounting holes are isolated. Nevertheless, it is highly recommended to electrically connect any metal screws used for mounting to supply ground (either directly or via resistor) in order to prevent any electrostatic discharge (ESD) across the isolation barrier. This is especially recommended in case the board is mounted to the backside of a motor.Since hardware version 1.4 a second high current range for motor currents up-to 1.4A RMS is available. This makes it possible to support NEMA11 motors with typical standard coil currents up-to 0.7A RMS using the low current range and with the same hardware also NEMA17 bipolar stepper motors with coil currents up-to 1.4A RMS using the high current range.Example for setup with TMCM-1021_V14 mounted to back side of NEMA17 motor (with sensOstep™ encoder): Figure 3.2: TMCM-1021 V14 mounted to back side of NEMA17 bipolar stepper motor3.2 ConnectorsThe TMCM-1021 has two connectors, an 8-pin power, communication and I/O (input/output) connector and a 4-pin motor connector (used to connect the attached motor).MotorPower / communication / I/Os1814Figure 3.3 TMCM-1021 connectorsOverview of connector and mating connector types:Table 3.1 Connectors and mating connectors, contacts and applicable wire3.2.1Power, Communication and I/O ConnectorAn 8-pin, 2mm pitch single row connector is used for power supply, RS485 serial communication and additional multi-purpose inputs and outputs.Table 3.2 8pin power, communication and I/O connector3.2.1.1 Power supplyFor proper operation care has to be taken with regard to power supply concept and design. Due to space restrictions the TMCM-1021 includes just about 20µF/35V (V1.2) resp. 30µF/35V (V1.4) of supply filter capacitors. These are ceramic capacitors which have been selected for high reliability and long life time. The module includes a 24V suppressor diode for over-voltage protection.Please take the following measures into account in order to avoid serious damage of the device:Add external power supply capacitors!It is recommended to connect an electrolytic capacitor of significant size (e.g. 470µF/35V) to the power supply lines next to the TMCM-1021!Rule of thumb for size of electrolytic capacitor: In addition to power stabilization (buffer) and filtering this added capacitor will also reduce any power supply wires and the ceramic capacitors. In addition it will limit slew-rate of power supply voltage at the module. The low ESR of ceramic-only filter capacitors may cause stability problems with some switching power supplies.Keep the power supply voltage below the upper limit of 28V!Otherwise operating voltage is near the upper limit a regulated power supply is highly recommended. Please see also chapter 7, operating values.There is no reverse polarity protection!The transistors.3.2.1.2 RS485For remote control and communication with a host system the TMCM-1021 provides a two wire RS485 bus interface. For proper operation the following items should be taken into account when setting up an RS485 network:1. BUS STRUCTURE :The network topology should follow a bus structure as closely as possible. That is, the connection between each node and the bus itself should be as short as possible. Basically, it should be short compared to the length of the bus.termination resistor (120 Ohm)termination resistor (120 Ohm)Figure 3.4: Bus structure2. BUS TERMINATION :Especially for longer busses and/or multiple nodes connected to the bus and/or high communication speeds, the bus should be properly terminated at both ends. The TMCM-1021 does not integrate any termination resistor. Therefore, 120 Ohm termination resistors at both ends of the bus have to be added externally.TMCM-1021 V1.4 Hardware Manual (Rev. 1.04 / 2018-JAN-22) 103. NUMBER OF NODES :The RS485 electrical interface standard (EIA-485) allows up to 32 nodes to be connected to a single bus. The bus transceivers used on the TMCM-1021 units (hardware V1.2: SN65HVD3082ED, since hardware V1.4: SN65HVD1781D) have a significantly reduced bus load and allow a maximum of 255 units to be connected to a single RS485 bus using TMCL firmware. Please note: usually it cannot be expected to get reliable communication with the maximum number of nodes connected to one bus and maximum supported communication speed at the same time. Instead, a compromise has to be found between bus cable length, communication speed and number of nodes.4. COMMUNICATION SPEED:The maximum RS485 communication speed supported by the TMCM-1021 is 115200 bit/s (FW version 1.29 with TMCM-1021 hardware version 1.2 and 1.4). Factory default is 9600 bit/s. Please see separate TMCM-1021 TMCL firmware manual for information regarding other possible communication speeds below 115200 bit/s.5. NO FLOATING BUS LINES:Avoid floating bus lines while neither the host/master nor one of the slaves along the bus line is transmitting data (all bus nodes switched to receive mode). Floating bus lines may lead to communication errors. In order to ensure valid signals on the bus it is recommended to use a resistor network connecting both bus lines to well defined logic levels.There are actually two options which can be recommended:Add resistor (Bias) network on one side of the bus, only (120R termination resistor still at both ends):termination resistor(120R)RS485- / RS485Btermination resistor (220R)RS485+ / RS485AFigure 3.5: Bus lines with resistor (Bias) network on one side, onlyOr add resistor (Bias) network at both ends of the bus (like Profibus™ termination):termination resistor (220R)RS485- / RS485BRS485+ / RS485A termination resistor (220R)Figure 3.6: Bus lines with resistor (Bias) network at both endsCertain RS485 interface converters available for PCs already include these additional resistors (e.g. USB-2-485 with bias network at one end of the bus).3.2.1.3 Digital Inputs IN_0 and IN_1The eight pin connector of the TMCM-1021 provides four general purpose inputs IN_0, IN_1, IN_2 and IN_3. The first two inputs have dedicated connector pins while the other two share pins with two general purpose outputs.All four inputs are protected using voltage resistor dividers together with limiting diodes against voltages below 0V (GND) and above +3.3V DC. Input circuit of the first two inputs IN_0 and IN_1 is shown below:IN_0,IN_1microcontroller and stepper motor driverFigure 3.7 General purpose inputs IN_0 and IN_1The two inputs have alternate functions depending on configuration in software. The following functions are available:Table 3.3 Multipurpose inputs / alternate functionsAll four inputs are connected to the on-board processor and can be used as general purpose digital inputs.Using the alternate function 1 of IN_0 and IN_1 it is possible to control the on-board stepper motor driver with the help of an external stepper motor controller using step and direction signals (Please see separate TMCL firmware manual / axis parameter 254 for more details how to enable this mode). For the step anddirection signals the signal levels are the same as for the general purpose digital inputs. Please note that the low-pass filter (for noise rejection) at the inputs offers a bandwidth of 16kHz (-3dB).IN_3 can be used as analog input, also. A 12bit analog to digital converter integrated in the microcontroller will convert any analog input voltage between 0 and +6.6V to a digital value between 0 and 4095 then.3.2.1.4Inputs IN_2, IN_3, Digital Outputs OUT_0, OUT_1The eight pin connector of the TMCM-1021 provides two general purpose outputs. These two outputs are open-drain outputs and can sink up to 100mA each. Both outputs OUT_0 and OUT_1 share pins with two of the four inputs (IN_2 resp. IN_3).The inputs are protected using voltage resistor dividers together with limiting diodes against voltages below 0V (GND) and above +3.3V DC. The circuit of the two outputs and the two inputs connected in parallel to the inputs is shown below:OUT_0 / IN_2OUT_1 / IN_3microcontrollerFigure 3.8 General purpose outputs OUT_0, OUT_1 and inputs IN_2, IN_3 connected in parallelThe outputs of the N-channel MOSFET transistors (Open-Drain) are connected to freewheeling diodes each for protection against voltage spikes especially from inductive loads (relais etc.). Please take into account the 20k (2x 10k in series) resistance to ground (transistor not active) of the input voltage divider (figure 4.8) when designing the external “load” circuit.Since hardware version 1.4 the gate inputs of the MOSFETs are pulled-low during power-up and while the processor might be still in reset / output pins not initialized. This way, the outputs will not briefly switch on at power-up.The two outputs OUT_0 / OUT_1 and inputs IN_2 / IN_3 have alternate functions depending on configuration in software:Table 3.4 Multipurpose outputs / inputs / alternate functionsDofreewheeling diodes of the outputs connected in parallel they will be shorted to power supply input voltage.For hardware version 1.2:supply voltage (e.g. directly to any power supply voltage). As the output transistors connected in parallel might briefly switch-on during power-up they might be damaged / destroyed if the current through the transistors to ground exceeds 100mA.3.2.2Motor ConnectorA 4-pin, 2mm pitch single row connector is used for connecting the four motor wires to the electronics. Table 3.4 Motor connectorDo not connect or disconnect motor during operation!Motor disconnected / connected while energized. These voltage spikes might exceed voltage limits of the driver MOSFETs and might permanently damage them. Therefore, always disconnect power supply before connecting / disconnecting the motor. For currents up-to 1.4A RMS!Setting motor current too high might lead to excessive power dissipation inside the motor, overheating current is properly set. Also with hardware version 1.2 the low current range is set as default.4Motor driver currentThe on-board stepper motor driver operates current controlled. The driver current may be programmed in software in two ranges (low current range up-to 0.7A RMS and high current range up-to 1.4A RMS) with 32 effective scaling steps in hardware for each range. Please note: the high current range is available with hardware revision V1.4, only – not with hardware revision V1.2!Explanation of different columns in table below:Motor current setting in software (TMCL)These are the values for TMCL axis parameter 6 (motor run current) and 7 (motor standby current). They are used to set the run / standby current using the following TMCL commands:SAP 6, 0, <value> // set run currentSAP 7, 0, <value> // set standby current(read-out value with GAP instead of SAP. Please see separate TMCM-1021 firmware manual for further information)Range setting in software (TMCL)This is the value for TMCL axis parameter 179 (Vsense). This value defines the current range. This value can be set using the following TMCL command:SAP 179, 0, <value> // = 0 high current range// = 1 low current rangeFor <value> either 0 (high current range) or 1 (low current range) is supported (see table) since hardware revision V1.4. For earlier hardware revisions (incl. V1.2) this parameter is set to the fixed value “1” (low current range).(read-out value with GAP instead of SAP. Please see separate TMCM-1021 firmware manual for further information)Motor currentI RMS [A]Resulting motor current based on range and motor current settingIn addition to the settings in the table the motor current may be switched off completely (free-wheeling) using axis parameter 204 (see TMCM-1021 firmware manual).5Reset to Factory DefaultsIt is possible to reset the TMCM-1021 to factory default settings without establishing a communication link. This might be helpful in case communication parameters of the preferred interface have been set to unknown values or got accidentally lost.For this procedure two pads on the bottom side of the board have to be shortened (see Figure 5.1).Please perform the following steps:1.Power supply off and USB cable disconnected2.Short two pads as marked in Figure 5.13.Power up board (power via USB is sufficient for this purpose)4.Wait until the on-board red and green LEDs start flashing fast (this might take a while)5.Power-off board (disconnect USB cable)6.Remove short between pads7.After switching on power-supply / connecting USB cable all permanent settings have been restoredto factory defaultsShort these two PADs onthe bottom of the PCBFigure 5.1 Reset to factory default settings6On-board LEDThe board offers one LED in order to indicate board status. The function of the LED is dependent on the firmware version. The module is designed for both, standalone operation and direct mode. Full remote control of device with feedback is possible. PC1是光电耦合器,常用型号PC817,起隔离和反馈输出端电压变化的,变压器次级线圈这边是整流、滤波、分压、电压控制集成电路、反馈。
其中电压控制集成电路一般为TL431。
